DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

As a florist myself i have never known such an unprofessional company . I placed an order to be delivered on the Sat before Mother's day . The delivery was not attempted. No one ever answers the phone and you cannot ring a store directly . They do not deliver on a Sunday which is ridiculous .
I am still waiting for the bouquet 4 days later so it has been sat sweating in a random van or warehouse for 5 days now - to even consider re delivering this is a disgrace , they should not call themselves a florist! It is their responsibility to ensure all orders given to their courier are delivered on the day they are supposed to be delivered & if not , they should be returned to the store for immediate delivery by a back up delivery service .
I have had multiple emails telling me they are out for delivery then never turn up . I have called customer service almost 50 times in a 3 day period. When i placed the order online for the bouquet ( almost £200 ) , i followed up with a call to double check that all the details were correct.
They have absolutely ruined Mother's day for me , highly unprofessional, terrible customer service . Save yourself a lot of time & energy and order elsewhere - if i could give zero star rating I would ! I have had to go through my bank to reclaim my money .

If I could give this zero I would. Terrible customer service along with misleading information on their website. I ordered flowers at 3pm on there website it clearly states orders made by 5pm would be dispatched the same day. Baring in mind the delivery postcode (being in harrow) and shop address are 7miles apart. I recieved an email stating that the delivery won't be made the same day as my order was placed past the cut off and the address being out of London! I placed an order for £80 flowers to relieve this customer service is ridiculous. Ended up buying different flowers and asking for a refund and then they had the absolute cheek to charge a £10 administration fee! This place is full of lies and is just a scam! Misleading information on website, unclear and the staff really just don't give a toss!

Poor service

Confirmed twice over email of the delivery date, did not deliver on the day and will have to collect at the depot the next working day (our wedding day) so the flowers will look sad and wilted.

They offer Saturday delivery, yet, their DPD partnership won't deliver on that day. False service advertising.

Their response was either re-send the flowers which would be past our wedding date so defeats the point. The other was to cancel the order and refund.. no I'd like accountability and some form of discount or money back as the service promised was not delivered!

They also sent a premature email of confirmation of delivery weeks before actual delivery date. So their automated system is poor.

Cancelled order last min DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cancelled order last minute after changing delivery date only a few days before because they were unable to deliver on a Sunday to the desired location feel messed about right before Mother’s Day didn’t offer any solutions or seem empathetic.
Would expect some sort of sincerity or apology given that it is Mother’s Day too and looking for a last minute florist is difficult/impossible however I did find prestige flowers which offered a better price (saved £20) and a bigger bouquet too so every silver lining.
Just to note too they could have taken this bitter taste out of my mouth and I wouldn’t have left a review if they had better customer service and said they were unable to deliver and very busy but offered a voucher or something to use for the hassle they’ve caused at a later time when they are less busy.

If you look on reviews.io they have lots of reviews about cancelled orders and other issues!!

Rubbish

Rubbish. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on the actual day (Sunday 30th). FT took my order, confirmed the date, took payment - then on the Friday before, informed me that they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday due to DHL or whatever...but I could have the flowers on Saturday - what's the point of ordering specifically for an occasion and getting them the day before or 2 days after?!
Have told them to cancel the order and refund my money and have found another company who will deliver on Sunday.

Bad Customer Service & Customer Support

I have ordered from Flower Station 4-5 times in total, 2 of them were incomplete and had extremely late deliveries. I refuse to order from them ever again, as they seem to only value new customers, but not existing ones.

The most recent experience was when I ordered flowers two days before Valentine's day to be delivered on Valentine's day.
On the delivery day, I started tracking the delivery in the afternoon, as it hadn't arrived yet and I was getting worried. The delivery seemed to be stuck in Camden (London) for 2+ hours.
When I was calling Flower Station to get an update they were not responding or calling back.
The flowers arrived at 11 pm (!!!) wet all over, even though it was not raining outside; even the message on the card was not printed straight. It is really pointless to get Valentine day's flowers towards the very end of Valentine's day.

When I was messaging them over email to complain, their response was that they value customers and that they were extremely busy that day; my counter-argument was that they should expect this and plan for the increased demand to manage it appropriately.

After many emails, they only agreed to refund me for the delivery fee, thus not accepting full responsibility for their poor customer service and support throughout my experience.

I do not recommend Flower Station, as it seems like they only value new customers, but not existing ones.

Never again will I order from them.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Paid £100 for flowers that did not arrive on time for a birthday, and we are still waiting 3 days later! Was told to wait until they arrive (if they do) and send photographs of dead flowers in order to get a refund. Customer service rep just talked over the top of me the whole time saying its process! I will be educating this company on the Consumer Rights Act! So we are currently waiting for dead flowers to arrive! Do not use if you want your delivery to turn up!

Lovely flowers and reliable service

I have used Flower Station for years to send celebratory or condolence flowers to friends, even funeral flowers. Delivery has always been reliable and orders can be at very short notice within London. Flowers are always beautiful. Delivery drivers are reportedly polite and caring, while customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I order flower that’s cost over an £140…

I order flower that’s cost over an £140 plus extra charges for Same day delivery and now it’s been 4 days the recipient still waiting. And I had to send an email to know wth is happening with my order because there is no tracking number or any else like that also.. And they send me back email to let me know that they will deliver on the 18 of March which going to be a full week after I order. A company over 20y of experience that don’t know how to organise orders.

I was served by Jun and honestly one of the most amazing people i’ve come across. He made sure to take care of us and give us a high-quality customer services that we deserved. He made sure that each flower was up to our standards and that we was happy with our BK before leaving the shop. Thank you so much Jun, and we will be back soon.

Jun was very lovely when helping me…

Jun was very lovely when helping me decide for my graduation flowers. He was polite and patient with me whilst I made up my mind. He made sure to give me the best quality flowers whilst taking his time in preparing them. Thank you soo much jun and flower station . We will be back soon.

Non Delivery, Unreliable & Lack of Service

Hubby sent Valentine flowers to my workplace on 14th Feb 2025 which were never delivered. He called the company many, many times on the 14th Feb but there was no answer. He called again on the 15th and no answer. I have been calling them since the 17th and leaving voicemails which are not responded to; I have emailed them but they do not reply; I have completed their online form but no reply and there is no live chat service on their website as claimed by them in their voicemail message.

The flowers were not delivered and they cannot claim they were not accepted as we have 5 receptionists at the front desk who accepted various flower deliveries that day and informed us no such delivery from Flower Station had arrived nor been rejected.

I just want my husband to receive the full refund of £92.95 back on his card but this company is simply not responding. It has now been exactly a week and no contact. Is this a sham company??

Happy customer

So after a disappointing valentines with my order not arriving due to a delivery issue . I am pleased to say flower station redeemed themselves by sending me an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers and complimentary chocolates . The flowers are fresh and vibrant and I couldn’t be happier . I will be ordering again for Mother’s Day ! Delighted 🤩

Horrible

I would give them a big fat 0 Star if I could.
I ordered 3 bouquets on 11th Feb to be delivered on 14th Feb on Valentines day.
2/3 bouquets were supposed to be delivered to my address, and the other one supposed to be a surprise for my parents.
The delivery guy delivered one of my bouquets and when I told him I must have another bouquet with you, he said no. Surprisingly when he left, he emailed the delivery confirmation of 2 bouquets when he only delivered one of them. I kept emailing and calling them but nobody picked, I was almost crying as it was for my husband and I wanted to surprise him.
So one bouquet NEVER delivered.
Then I realised there is no update about my parents bouquets. I again called and emailed... it was 5 pm! Guess what? Again no response. We left for dinner, then I got an email at MIDNIGHT! that they delivered my parents bouquet. We were not at home so the delivery guys disturbed the neighbours by ringing their bells so he could deliver.
So out of 3 bouquets, they delivered only 1 of them, one never arrived and the other one delivered at midnight. The next next I received an email that they were busy on Valentines day!! Are you for real? You scam people by taking orders, by charging them, you overbook and under deliver and you bring the excuse of Valentines day? You could hire more drivers, more florists ..its not our fault! They now refused to reply to my emails. This is not the 1st time this happening to me by this company, I always was so patient with them, but now I can tell they are scamming people.
AVOID this company otherwise you may lose your money.

Appalling Customer Service

The service I have received from this company has been nothing short of appalling. I placed an order on Friday under the clear impression, based on your stated cut-off time, that it would be delivered the same day. This was the sole reason for my purchase. However, the flowers arrived the following day, rendering them entirely useless, as the recipient had already departed. Had I been correctly informed, I would never have proceeded with the order.
Despite making several attempts to contact the customer service team, I was met with automated messages stating that no representatives were available. This lack of accessibility is entirely unacceptable. Furthermore, I left clear written instructions for the delivery to be refused, which were blatantly disregarded. I am now left with an unwanted floral arrangement and an unjustified £133.25 expense due to misleading information on your website.
Your offer of a mere 10% discount on a future order is insulting given the circumstances. The wider issue of your appalling customer service, with response times stretching to over a month in previous cases, further compounds my dissatisfaction. I expect an immediate and appropriate resolution to this matter.
