Have been a customer for years and rely on them to send flowers to my mother-in-law - they are invariably fresh, beautiful and made to my exact specifications! The phone order service is absolutely impeccable (thank you, Elaine!). I receive photos of the arrangements that are sent so there is complete transparency on what you're paying for in relation to what they're delivering. These are professionals who take great pride in their artistry.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and helped me choose my flowers. I will certainly use them again and recommend you.

Really good service and always polite. A very good range too and they have never let me down yet. They also seem really nice people, and it's nice to give people like that business.

This bouquet was for a friend who lives locally and had just come out of hospital so needed cheering up which these flowers certainly did. I ordered them during the evening and they were delivered next day as requested. In the past we have had quality issues with online florists so now will always order flowers from this local florist. You get better service and the flowers arrive in prestine condition. Thank you.

I ordered a bouquet from the US to be delivered in the UK. I was able to track the delivery and was sent an image of the bouquet of chocolates that they delivered. I was very happy with my experience, my friend loved the bouquet and I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing ... yes the flowers were great and she loved them but it was the customer service, I rang the shop to ask about a couple of things, very friendly and helpful. Flowers arrived exactly when planned and they were displayed beautifully, individual flower had their own supports to ensure they look their best for even longer,.. well I think that's why?? Tracking was easy, I even received an email with a photo of the flowers...if your sending flowers ..look no further ...

First time customer. Flowers delivered on time. There was a problem with the flowers so I emailed the shop explaining the issue. Their response was quick and they replied in a very postive way. No fuss or excuses, the issue was dealt with very effectively and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. Very good customer focus.

Absolutely exceptional service. Easy to use online purchasing. Delivery was on time and delivered with care and the after service is brilliant. Delivered on time. No issues. Florists choice bouquet so wasn’t sure how was going to look. Florist sent pictures of the bouquet which was nice touch and recipient was very pleased.

Great same day service. Phoned me to point out a mistake I had made on the form, allowed me to correct it. Flowers arrived within 4 hours, as described on the website. Very well received by my wife, and they're still going strong over a week later.
