Ultra-slow Customer 'Service' and no IFRA documentation
I like what they offer - good quality items and mostly locally-sourced. Delivery was also quite prompt.
What lets them down is their terrible customer 'service'. They do reply to emails, eventually, but you need to chase them and then they claim their reply must have got lost (???). Still waiting for info promised 3 weeks ago...
Absolutely DO NOT BUY Essential Oils - FlowerTales do not provide IFRA safety documentation, so how much to use is pot luck.
