Communication was good- maybe even a little too good with texts and emails at each stage.

The products are good. Being perimenopausal I use them much more for urine leakage than for menses.

The sizes come up marginally small- bring underwear I’d love to see a bit more give on the sides.
Also being plus sized they are one of the few companies that goes up to uk size 26. However they have added material on the width but not extra to cover the stomach- I appreciate this is tricky to get right tho.
Functionally wise they cope perfectly with urine leakage over night.
During the day they generally manage to keep trousers dry and no smell very easily for a work day.
In an ideal world I’d use 3 pairs a day.
Which I get is a lot but I wear them 24/7 and very very rarely have to dip into the pads cupboard any more.

I love the everyday style cotton type for all kinds of leaks, great back up protection to give you confidence and no thick padding...
Have worn and washed mine for years so can vouch for quality (well, the quality of years ago 😅)

Buy these, not disposable items

Bought them for my daughter, she really likes them. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. Great for someone who just started periods. Would recommend.

Teen period pants are well sized for 8-9 year olds where majority of other companies come up big. Absorbency is ok but use a pad as back up, other companies perform better here.
Pricing and service leaves a lot to be desired.

Inconsistent pricing really irritates me - RRP was apparently £29 during Black Friday promotions with supposed massive reductions. RRP is now £14 with actual price £10

Shipping is very expensive given items take over a week to be posted and usually upto 10 days to receive.

I am hoping I do not need to purchase again and she fits into other brands when she needs more. I certainly will not be considering them for my own period pants

Really easy to use and record so you can gain an understanding of your own cycle.

I have tried several different incontinence knickers for moderate to heavy leakage and these by far have been the best at not leaking or smelling so I have the confidence to go out more and exercise without thinking I need to take a spare pair of knickers with me and there is no embarrassing situation of wetting yourself and having it run down your legs. These are the best and I am so grateful that it is one less thing to worry about 5 stars so happy 😊 big hugs to the makers of this product it means so much to me.

Pants are good but delivery time is shocking!!! £4.99 for delivery and it takes 10days or so.

Poor service. I ordered numerous items as a first time user of this site. I did not receive one of the items I had ordered (the most expensive one) and had to contact the company. They came back to me and said they would have to look into it, took a while for them to come back to say it wasn’t in stock and they’d have to issue a refund. Not sure why this wasn’t done at point of packing the order if there was a mistake with what had been shown online. They were pretty unbothered about their mistake and I was receiving response emails at strange times of the night. Also the sizing seems a bit off. Wouldn’t recommend - would go to one of the other sites selling the same things.

This is my second order. They took 9 days to arrive, but other than that I'm very pleased with them. They were the only period pants I could find that the absorbant panel went right up to the waist band back and front. Which is definitely needed. And at £8 a pair they're a bargain.

The super absorbent undies are made from a very shiny noisy material that has minimal stretch.
This means of your clothes move against them they make noise, and they are very loud when you pull your clothing up over them after using the bathroom.
Because they don't have much stretch they don't conform to the bottom of my butt cheeks. So I have a gape on either side.
The daily wear ones are a lot better fitting as they are made of a soft material with more stretch so conforms to my body.
I REALLY like that the padding goes up high in the front. I have issues with most other brands not going up high enough in the front and I therefore don't get the protection I need. So big tick for that.
For ultimate comfort I would love to see a high cut leg and the waist to come up a bit higher.
For the price, they do the job, but I wouldn't buy the maximum ones again.

Delivery takes far longer than expected though

Took some time to arrive but it's a great product and worth the wait for sure. I do sport in them and they are way better than any other ones I tried

Their system auto-corrects my address to an incorrect address which resulted in my order being posted to a mystery place.
Contacted them to organise a resend or refund but they typically take 72 hours+ to reply each time so this has been going on for over a week. I’m trying to get a refund but again it’s taking so long I’m not sure what is happening .

These are an amazing product! They have been an absolute lifesaver for me. I have had a few operations and I have to wear these full time so I have definitely tested them beyond normal period use and they are still very absorbent and have kept there shape well. Their customer service is also amazing and have delt with queries quickly and are very polite. Delivery does take a little while but definitely worth the wait

Took longer to arrive than expected. Products fit well and daughter happy with style and feel of material. Not used product yet so unable to comment on performance at this point.

Took a while to arrive but happy with the bundle I bought for my daughter to replace pairs that have lasted well over multiple washes but now getting too small for her, so bought a larger size for her. She has a learning disability so these have been a lifesaver for her making her periods so much easier to manage.
