As with other reviewers, ordered and got tests that were not from FlowFlex. Fake site supplying dodgy goods.

An odd experience.

Ordered from this website, because it looked like it was the actual Flowflex brand.

Ordered 1x LFT test. Placed order online. I then had a question about my order. Phoned them, no reply, got an automated message saying "This person's phone is currently unavailable." Then emailed them, no reply.

Received order 2 days later via international shipping - this website gives the impression it's UK based!

Order wasn't what I ordered. It was a dual testing LFT kit by an unknown brand, not Flowflex!

The VAT number on the invoice they supplied is a company that was dissolved in 2018 according to the Companies House website.

I suspect this 'Flowflex" website is fake and someone pretending to be the Flowflex brand. So I won't be ordering from them again.

Bought a full kit for my jeep and wished i didnt, very poor quality and have had to remove them and go back to standard bushes.
Tried contacting company just to be ignored, do yourself favour, buy the more expensive from powerflex like i should have or go oem bushes.

Side note, confirmed from 2 garages that bushes are crap

Nothing came. No response from my messages. Going to go to my bank for refund.

Awful. Nothing arrived, 14 working day wait for a refund. No refund. Gas lighting & a refund once finally faced with a charge-back. I ordered with next day delivery and got nothing. If they fail to deliver to you, challenge them, don't be fobbed off, wait, and claim a chage back with your bank. See through their excuses.

I ordered Covid Test kits before 3pm on Thursday 28th December and paid £6.95 for delivery. It is now 6:45pm on Saturday 30th December and still no kits.
Considering the various delivery options out there, this is an appalling service.
I just wish that I'd read some of the reviews before using this SHABBY, THEIVING company.
My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered online 10 Covid and flu tests on Boxing Day and paid the extra fee for delivery in 1-2 working days. I sent an email yesterday morning enquiring the delivery and no response at all. I ordered from them because they have paid for a sponsored google advert so their company popped up. Do not order from them. Big mistake.

This product sucks. All instructions are in Spanish. Flowflex, you know what the most common language in America is?

100% trustworthy!! The most lovely company owner. Arrived quickly. Totally in date. You can completely trust this company. They are providing an essential service and I 100% recommend them.

I have ordered the tests on Monday at 9:30 am. The main reason I ordered directly from FlowFlex was the advertised "rapid" delivery that promised to get the tests on the same day or within 24 hours.

Well, the "rapid delivery" is a simple marketing trick to get more money out of you.

It is Tuesday 2pm. The Tests are not here yet. And this in London.

Amazon would have already delivered the tests without any additional charge.

I ordered a pack of 14 online and paid £5.99 for express delivery. That was three days ago. I have received nothing and emailed to find out what happened - no response. This might be a scam

Very poor - ordered 14 covid tests for over winter. Delivered damaged with only 2 months left before expiry date. Asked for refund and a returns pack - absolutely no response. Just dreadful.

Bought these in 2020 for Bmw e36 m52 rear drop links and sway bar they didn’t look really good but they fit ok and did what they supposed to

Paid for express delivery. It took them over a day to acknowledge receipt of payment. There is nothing rapid about this company. Avoid and pay the extra at your local chemists then hopefully this company will go bankrupt.

Exactly the same as other reviewers - extortionate next-day delivery fee and 5 days later, no sign of them. There's no postal strike, either. Hopeless!

Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered - got stung with £16.99 next day delivery fee that I didn’t even see until I’d checked out- it’s so far 3 days since I ordered, no sign of then. Feel completely mugged off

Paid £9 + for next day delivery but they arrived 3-4 days later. I wanted a refund for the next day delivery fees but they don't answer to emails. Disgusting business. Making money out of children's illnesses and parents' anxiety. Shame on you! I hope you get what you deserve!

I paid for 2 lat flow tests. They posted on the Friday of the postal strike with Royal mail tracked. I then received an Evri Delivery with 2 lat flow tests out of the blue! The ones they sent via royal mail were going to be held up and I ended up with 4 tests at no extra cost, I was impressed that they lost money in ensuring I had the tests on time.

Very expensive, and very expensive postage as well, despite which on opening the package we discovered that one of the extraction buffer tubes was open and had spilled it's contents over the rest of the package. Obviously that test cannot now be used. Emailed company to complain, no response at all, not even an automatic one.

As others have mentioned, the tests are no good for the NHS app as they don't have a code number or a box to scan with the app.

I wish I’d read these reviews first. They’re a rude and unhelpful company. Tests paid for 24 hour delivery haven’t arrived 72 hours later. And apparently emails to the orders department aren’t possible. Nor are refunds, just returns.
