I have ADHD and struggle with focus. Having a tool like Flown to easily access body doubling sessions has been incredibly valuable and I'm getting so much stuff done. Their site is really easy to use, the sessions run on Zoom which most people are familiar with, and they have a pretty accessible schedule.

Starting to use Flown was one of the best decisions I made, i was having a difficult time to focus when working alone. With Flown we have the morning take-off to put us in the right mindset and the sessions to keep us focused. I finally regained control of my focus and the community spirit is really nice 😊 I love it and highly recommend it to anyone!!

A total lifesaver. If you struggle to focus, or need a bit of help finding time to get stuff done, you need the Flown community. If you're anything like me it'll help - always putting time in your calendar but it goes whistling past while you do something else? Yeah, been there, done it. Flown helps you to stay accountable as someone else is in charge of the time, and others are doing their thang on video. You share your intentions at the beginning (either typed via chat, or in small groups - optional). It's amazing how much difference it makes! I've been a member for the past year and am seriously considering a lifetime membership as I know it will be used - I've clocked up 225 sessions over the past year - mostly 2 hours - and won't be stopping any time soon. Give it a go - the first month is free so you can really see what it's all about.

Great product. Helps me feel less alone when working. My favorite feature is the portholes which serve as an anchor for my attention when it's time to get really focused. I hope they regularly add to that collection because I really love it but other than, Flown is great.

Life changing! I was sceptical at first as to how being on a zoom call could possibly work But is has! I've got hours of my life back and I've already met some lovely people

Flown is making a huge difference to my focus and productivity. I feel more connected to others when working from home which is motivating and lifts my spirits, and the facilitators make the sessions fun and inviting. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling to get going with tasks and to keep focused.

Flown is AMAZING for productivity and accountability with ADHD. I love the launchpad and then there’s the calendar listing every focus session you can sign up for. You get to encourage and motivate others and they do the same for you. Flown is very helpful for getting work done, studying and staying focused and motivated, even doing housework so you have a body double. It’s such a positive atmosphere and I love it!

It´s a great way to structure my day and kick-off strong with a Deep Dive Session. I particularly enjoy these as most hosts have such an inviting personality, offer great break exercises and accompanying playlists. This is the kind of motivation & structure, I need. 10 out of 10 for me!

I've been using the Flown platform for almost two weeks and it has made a huge change to how I work. The support of the 'flock', the structure of the sessions, the exercises and words of wisdom from the facilitators make my workday a joy. It has also helped with my productivity and I am getting things done and have made some significant progress with projects that I was dragging my feet over.

I started using Flown back in 2021 when it was a free model and achieved great success. Although I’m not neuro-divergent, I find that I need to have a clear goal, and stating it to someone else helps keep me accountable. When Flown moved to a paid model, I took a break as I initially felt it wasn’t worth the cost.
Recently, I logged back in for the Friday freebies to help complete a dissertation and was delighted to see my previous sessions had counted toward my badges (little things!) Given my full-time workload across four different jobs, including supporting school staff with meeting the needs of children with special educational needs, I decided to purchase a month’s subscription to enhance my productivity.
I’m really pleased with my progress, so much so that I took up the lifetime deal that was offered. Now, I use Flown to structure my week. I build my tasks in Motion, book my Flown sessions around any pre-scheduled meetings, and let the magic of AI do the rest. During my Flown sessions, Motion tells me what I need to achieve, and sharing my goals with fellow Flownies keeps me accountable and prevents me from opting for the easier tasks sitting on my calendar.
The breaks are fantastic, too—they remind me to take a breather and recharge. Additionally, Flown allows me to look like I’m in a meeting, so my family is less likely to disrupt me!!! This could be incredibly useful for SENCOs as well, who are often constantly interrupted and struggle to find time.
Overall, Flown has significantly improved my productivity, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to achieve their goals efficiently.

I love using Flown. Simple, but powerfully effective. Just the right amount of help and motivation without over the top "life-coaching"

I've had a great experience on Flown. I tried out the free version, found that it really worked well for me and then joined as a paying member. Love what has been created and thank you Flown team

Like: Innovative and long awaited service for neurodivergents; for those with adhd symptoms; those who struggle with procrastination; solo entrepreneurs suffering from isolation.
Could improve: More than palpable focus on sales. This is noticed by the content of responses and the speed of responses from Flown leads (upper level staff), who sometimes are tasked with answering customer service questions.
Have had several responses that were either poorly written - so, they were difficult to understand; or just no response at all because it did not have to do with sales. Also, somewhat cheesy, toxically-friendly, toxically-positive, toxically-avoidant... responses to questions that ask for details, for example, terms under which refunds are allowed; or, the rationale behind members (unpaid persons) volunteering to facilitate sessions.
Such queries are given a light, euphemistic brush-off without providing a direct answer; given a poorly written explanation; an inadequate explanation; a very delayed response; or, totally ignored. The emphases are sales and keeping a positive chin up, even if toxically positive.
That being said, the customer service staff (not leads or facilitators, I believe) and the C-Suite folks will generally (in my experience) get wind of a problem and solve it neatly and in a pleasant manner.
Fees - a bit steep, but they offer discounts intermittently. And, there is a free option.
Manual renew system (not auto-renew) could be improved upon. Coordination of information with their payment gateway could be better. Have received contradictory information.
More sessions are needed
As this is a company serving global customers, many more sessions need to be provided to serve customers in all time zones: In my case, especially mornings and on weekends. The volunteer led "community" sessions are a big help in filling in the large gaps. However, for technical and other reasons, community sessions are not dependable. The official sessions led by paid staff are dependable and well run. And, they do have a 24/7 "Drop In" session, which is basically a quiet focus room.
Love, love, love... the variety of sessions; the ways offered to relax (various online videos, breathing exercises, for example).
The time-blocked sessions...
are brilliant because they motivate you get to your desk / device in time to start with the group and get that darn frog eaten!
I have actually rushed home in order to make a session, and then got a tremendous amount of work done - work that I would not have done without having the urgency of wanting to be on time and fully present for a co-working session.
It is clear to see that this company, pioneering a cutting edge concept, is trying hard to deliver excellence. Grateful for all they do.

I love the variety of people who are working together. I'd like more variety with pomodoro times (e.g., 45 mins working, 15 min breaks). Although I do have ADHD, it isn't the oft cited body-doubling accountability that helps me, but the reward I get when I connect with people in the breaks, so I'd like to have a bit longer to have more authentic chats with them during the break times. But once I reach 30 sessions, i can run my own sessions, which is a nice feature. I also like all the added content, like the time management templates.

Sessions help me focus and get more done. The facilitators are friendly and remind you to take breaks too.

Using Flown has made a dramatic improvement in my productivity, my relationship to work, and my mental health overall. I looked into many of the recommended apps and tools for people with ADHD before trying Flown. At first glance Flown, seemed to be what I was looking for--a way to get the benefits of body-doubling. But Flown has helped me in so many additional, unexpected ways. I love being a part of this community. Suddenly, I find myself excited to open my laptop and get to work.

I look forward to the deep dive sessions where small groups of people get to hold each other accountable for what we aim to accomplish within 2 hours. Those sessions help me intentionally and realistically plan my time. I usually end up getting through more work than I expect because I took the time to plan ahead. Also the instructors always have great focus playlists and inspiring quotes to get me through work outside of the Flown experience.
