Very pleased with the filter
Very pleased with the filter. The delivery time was very long. I changed from the plastic model and I am very pleased with the stainless steel model. It looks better and the water pressure is better. The customer services were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend buying this product.

Rip off, Cheap quality product
Cheap quality product. Made of flimsy plastic, just the water pressure managed to break it down, couldn’t even use 6 months. They are literally scamming people, selling $10 product for $90. And today they tried charging me $50 for 2 filters worth $5. Absolute rip offs.

Awful customer service and refused my right to return when they knew the item does not work on boil taps but does not say. The guarantee clearly states full refund then they said no due to hygiene which does not apply to taps!!

Really good piece of kit
Really good piece of kit. Easybto fit, well designed and made. Brilliant tasting water. Love the add on aswel that twists.
Had an undersink perviously but prefer this for pressure and the ability to switch between non filtered/ filtered. Will be a recurring customer for sure!
