I have been waiting a month for my refund. They keep saying wait a few more working days but it never comes.
Edit.. it’s now the 13th November 2024 and still no refund.
I wouldn’t mind if I got what was advertised but it’s not fit for purpose and frankly dangerous for children.
Problem with delivery & when it eventually arrived, the item is poor quality & not worth £10. I paid nearly £50 for a very cheap carpet runner, which is over priced rubbish. Don’t make the same mistake. So disappointed.
The actual product when assembled was fine but the instructions were so poor and unclear that it took us about 3 hours and many reattempts to construct it.
Finally an online retailer that delivers what it promises: stylish products, great quality and at an affordable price. I’ll definitely be buying from fluch again and highly recommend them. They get my thumbs-up!
