I have purchased a service from them because of the low prices. What I did not know is that they DO NOT give you what you have purchased. I created the server and IMMEDIATELY there were problems. I could not start the server NOR could I even see the console. I created a support ticket and did not get a response withing 24 hours. At this point, I gave up and tried to get a refund. When I requested to receive a refund, they responded and asked me what problems I had and that they were willing to help me, but I already had enough. I tried to continue with the refund request and was ignored and they closed my refund request after the 5 day period was over.

Ive been using Fluctis for about 4 years now. What drew me to them was their prices. I just needed a gig here and a gig there for servers to run a hub and bungee on.

Throughout the years there has been times where the console has went unresponsive, a server locked up and i couldn't kill it, and even ONCE an issue logging into FTP. But my support tickets on all issues were handled within 12-24 hours or sooner. During the last 2 years their customer support has improved and their response times have become quicker.

I see a lot of negatives on here about them stealing money. But what they dont want to mention is its their responsibility to cancel their subscriptions to companies on their paypal accounts. Ive always paid fluctis as one time payments, no subs. And ive had no issues with them compensating me after issues, or cancelling a service ive paid for and crediting me the remainder of that service to my account.

One of the only major issues I have with fluctis is them not willing to use or give you access to change the start script for their servers. Being able to setup the garbage collection and other java flags how you want would be nice. Also being able to switch your java version and even use OpenJ9 would be fantastic.

The other issue is their CPU restrictions. You have a 100% cpu usage limit, but that limit is not restricted to a single core. I assumed they setup a VM for each customers server, but they dont. Every server is ran with full access to all cores/threads. This makes it virtually impossible to host modded servers, as mods LOVE to use as much cpu as they can get.

But for just vanilla servers and bungeecord servers this host has worked fine for me for over 4 years. And ill continue using them.

I've been with Fluctis for 9 years for a variety of services such as Minecraft servers and web hosting. In both of those cases I've had great experiences with them, the MC Panel they use is straightforward to use and responsive, and I haven't found it to lack any features. If there were any problems, whether through my own fault or something on their side (usually my fault) support was generally quick in helping me out. The pricing is also very fair and to this day I still use this host if I need a Minecraft server or some other game server.

Absolutely horrible, after canceling the service they decided to keep charging me without even having the service activated! stay away at all costs

Update: They're ignoring me and refusing to refund me. Please never use this.

Update 2: They've charged me again after a month of all this! Laughable company.

Just got it but I can’t get it to start at all and I want to play on it. Can anyone help?

I had a server with them for a number of months. It wasn't the lowest spec (I had the 20 user simultaneously tier) and there were 3 people who used it concurrently at most. I had the following issues:

SLOW. You'd be playing and it wouldn't register your progress, which would manifest as having to "mine" the same block repeatedly.

Frequent disconnects. You'd get kicked off for no reason.

Crashes. The server would go down and need restarting.

Problems restarting. Sometimes it would take multiple attempts for the server to come back up, with the control panel showing greater usage than the server was specced at.

I finally gave up and cancelled and they took an extra month from my account that they refused to return saying it was my fault for not ensuring that their payment system didn't take it.

I have the second last tier for a minecraft server and it keeps crashing, i run the Minecraft Eternal Lite pack that only requires 3GB ram but my 6gb can;t handle it?

I have support ticket open, but no response to my questions.

UPDATE: After Fluctis Hosting contacted me, they were able to resolve all the issues I had, therefor I changed my rating to something higher.

I've bought a server here more than a week ago but it didn't show up in the panel. Opened multiple support tickets throughout the week which have received no answers what so ever. Do not invest your money here.

After time of waiting and fighting, they solved my problem, late, but they did it with an apology. Thanks

The servers cant keep up, they keep crashing because there is no memory left on the shared node. and your ftp access gets full with hs_err files.
my advice is not to host your minecraft server on this host if your not willing to risk your server, the general ticket response time is around 2-3days. when you have a issue they say that will come back within 24hours with an answer but that doesnt happen

The service Is very economic and it's works really fine.

I've used Fluctis services for over a year now, and at first it seemed they had just started out, but now they are improving response times on tickets and also making updates to server panels.
I'm very impressed with what they are doing, and see things will only get better from now on.

I have bough server here for only 2usd and I am amazed with its quality(for that price). I had an issue that servers were offline for one day but in my 7 days journey its 6/7 :D

Used to think they were good but have still been charging for an old cancelled account, even after being requested to stop stealing funds.

Do not give this company any access to charge your bank/paypal or they WILL abuse that trust and take your money, credit it to a fluctis balance, never to be returned.

Still fighting to get my stolen money back, their 'agent' may have requested details below and they were sent, however they have still took no action at all.

Seriously avoid this company at all costs.

Great service, they been nothing but helpful and the servers i brought have been working without any lag as far as i can tell but will say the new dashboard needs work as some things don't work and it loads pretty slowly at times.

For the money the service was great. I made a minecraft server with my friends and it was cheap and good but it did have some quirks.

False advertising
I paid for a server with dedicated IP. Got a server that was shared with someone else, using both my CPU, RAM, and the IP

Contacted support (they say that they reply within 7 hours) and never heard back, that is they closed my ticket after 5 days saying I didn't reply, when in fact they never replied, I double checked.
