Fluency Unleashed provides one-to-one online business English coaching for international professionals who already use English at work and want to communicate with less effort and more precision. Founded by Lucas Weaver in 2017, the coaching uses each client's actual work as lesson material: upcoming meetings, presentations, negotiations, client calls, interviews, technical explanations, and difficult conversations. Programs are designed for lawyers, doctors and healthcare leaders, software professionals, and finance professionals. Sessions can focus on pronunciation, spoken fluency, professional vocabulary, listening, presentation delivery, and clear answers under pressure. Clients bring the language situations they need to handle. Lucas identifies what is getting in the way, explains the relevant language or speech pattern, and practices it with them until they can use it in context. Every lesson is private and lasts 50 minutes. Clients choose one or two lessons per week. Subscriptions are billed every four weeks based on the selected lesson frequency, and the current lesson rate is published on the Fluency Unleashed pricing page. There is no fixed syllabus. The lesson plan changes with the client's role, industry, communication goals, and upcoming work. Coaching takes place online and is available to professionals internationally. Fluency Unleashed is based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
