STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 pillows on 03 August 2025 - not received! Have been contacting their customer services for weeks now and receive nothing but platitudes and empty promises from them. I have now asked them to cancel the order and refund the money as I have now moved to the other end of the country - a point which I have repeatedly advised them of! They don’t know the meaning of ‘customer service’. Absolutely appalling service!

My mother ordered #25395900N TWO…

My mother ordered #25395900N TWO pillows for $69 and was charged $124.89 instead. No receipt after order and her letter were “returned to sender-no such number address” despite sending them to address listed on website. No one has responded to her numerous calls and emails either. Disappointing.

I paid for 2 pillows and received an…

I paid for 2 pillows and received an email with tracking number and message said its on the way. That was on 29th July. I sent an email on 31st as there was no info on tracking number on Australia post app. I didn't receive an answer. I have been to Australia post today and they don't have the parcel. I have now received my parcel and am really pleased with the pillows

Advertising says they ship worldwide

Advertising says they ship worldwide, but once you go to pay after spending time searching for the right product, they actually don’t send outside the US at least to Switzerland I get an error that they don’t ship here. I’m surprised that there are reviews from Switzerland, wondering if these are fake reviews??

I assume this is a scam?

I ordered a Zen pillow on 26/7 for £65.
They state delivery 2-3 business days.
It is now EIGHT days later and I have nothing. No tracking information, no pillow, just £65 worse off. I have sent 8 e mails and they have ignored every single one. I am assuming this is a scam so have asked PayPal for a refund. What a joke. Why are there so many positive reports on here? I would avoid.

Fluffco charged my account 1 week ago

Fluffco charged my account 1 week ago. But since then I have not heard anything regarding the fulfillment of my order. No shipping confirmation or tracking number. Very disappointed in their performance! Don't do business with them. They also kept adding more "bonus" features to charge me for, trying to trick me into giving them more $ unless I scrutinized the "small" print at the bottom of each page. I have nothing to show for my money!

In one of my email exchanges with Emy and the Customer Care Team, she said that they “always go above and beyond for our customers.” That was true for me!

Needed time to break in

Wont' make this mistake again . . .

I purchased two standard soft fluff down alternative pillows and two king firm fluff down alternative pillows. I tried them and did not like the pillows, too soft and sleep hot. My head was hot all night. I decided to return them but it will take $85 to pay for postage to return them. I spent $162 so I loose almost 50% of my money. Wish I hadn't ever ordered them.
Finally did send the pillows back and instead of reimbursing me $162.32 that I paid, they only reimbursed me $157.31. Not sure what they were charging me $4.99 for.

Looks great but needs more firmness

Finally got my promo code to work on the third try

Took a couple tries for the discount to apply, but once it did, I felt better about the splurge. The pillow is beautiful—subtle stitching, nice weight, and a cool-to-the-touch cover. Worth the tiny hassle.

Showed up the same day as my refund request

I’d asked for a refund when tracking went silent… and then the pillow showed up later that day. Timing aside, the quality’s nice, though I do wish it had come faster.

Only received one pillow from a set of two. I emailed support and Julia responded within the hour. Second pillow was sent the next day. Smooth recovery, great quality.

Tried using an additional promo code on the 2x Hotel Pillows & Pillowcase Set but realized that extra discounts don't apply to bundles. Despite that, the 20% off bundle price is still a fantastic deal for such high-quality pillows and cases.

Never shipped and stopped responding

I placed my initial lip order from Fluff Australia in early April. After a month with no shipping information I contacted them and they responded promptly that there were customs issues but that they would ship in two weeks. Since then they sent a we really will ship in two weeks notice(no shipment). It is now July and they last sent a generic email May 28th that all backlogged emails and orders would be processed in two weeks. I sent another follow up a week ago and again yesterday with no response. At this point I have to assume I'm being scammed. I asked them to refund my order and will have to pursue a charge back with my credit card. Tidr- don't order, you won't get the product.
