Same experience as all the other one-star ratings. Order over a month ago…says it’s in its way but email has no tracking number. False advertising and still awaiting the four pillows I ordered.

Like the products, but not dealing with the email part of their business. My order was wrong and using the email section of their customer service was a mistake. Took forever to get a response and they never did resolve the issue. Called customer service and they corrected the problem within minutes.

I bought luxury pillow of this brand and absolutely loving it. Soft, firm and luxurious just how it was listed.

These king size pillows are fantastic! I have been looking for a pillow like this for years! I would recommend it in a heart beat! I guess you can say I am sold & so was my wife ‘ that isn’t easy to do! I hope I get the pillow covers to put over the pillows!

I received my standard pillows right away. I love them! Their fluffy and firm. The pillows helped in getting quality sleep. Ive been sleeping on them for weeks now.

My experience is similar to others in this site. I ordered a pillow in November. I was told there was a delay, but then received an email saying it was out for delivery, with a tracking number. When I try to track, it just says 'order not found'.
I have emailed the company twice and said I will ask my credit card company for a refund if they don't reply within 24 hours. I'm not holding my breath.

Is this a scam company?
I've placed an order end of November. I get an email there's a delay, then a week or so later, tell me it's on the way with a tracking number. I go and check and I'm told the order is not found!

I’ve tried numerous pillows searching for just the right one. This pillow has finally resolved my neck issues. I have slept well from the first night. Customer Service has also been very helpful with placing orders; plural! I’m now a FluffCo customer for life! Go ahead, you’ll be happy you did!

These pillows are honestly hotel quality! They shape to your head and have just the right amount of firmness. And they shipped so fast!

The customer service I received, both on the phone and by email was excellent. The agent, Grace, promptly resolved a problem and we are very pleased. When ordering, be aware that a charge is made for shipping protection. I was able to get that removed. After all, these are pillows not Ming vases.

I travel a lot for work, and I never seem to have a problem with hotel pillows but finding the "right" ones for home was another whole issue. Took a leap of faith and ordered from Fluffco.

Finally!!! These pillows are great, and this is no BS, I am sleeping deeper, and my neck does not hurt, just like my travel trips!! I sleep on an avocado bed and these pillows rock when combined with the mattress!!!

The shipping was fast, and each pillow was boxed and vacuum sealed within a larger box (I bought 4).

No issues with the order, fast delivery and excellent comms re tracking # etc.

I find I'm not the ony person to be caught out by their policy not to display the full account, as all reputable sellers do, before payment, but to grab your money then add on an exorbitant price for postage. I shan't be using Fluff again.

Watching the pillow expand right out of the package was so satisfying! We’ve been using ours for a few weeks now, and they’re still as fluffy as the first day- even better than hotel pillows! My kids love them so much they’ve practically taken them from us. I got the king size, and it fits perfectly in our pillowcases. Honestly, I’d recommend grabbing a couple extra—everyone in the house will want their own!

I had a tough time ordering at my age I am not used to this deselect process they are talking about! I am very disappointed in the service as I ended up owing so much more than I initially thought! They finally said they are refunding some of the charges! We shall see more to come if they decide too! Not trustworthy at all!

The pillows are amazing and absolutely feel like a hotel experience. They stay pretty cold throughout the night and are so comfy!!

I received exactly what I ordered. The product met and exceeded my expectations. I love my new pillow set. Got rid of my old pillows because these are just so comfortable. I want to buy some more for my kiddos too!
