Very poor service. Bought perfume via klarna from flurish, can't track my order and no reply to my emails. I regret shopping with them. Item bought since 28.4.25 and no update 13.5.25

I ordered some perfumes and even selected express delivery. It’s been a weeek and there is no tracking number and l can’t get hold of anyone.

Scammers. Never received my order. No responses to my messages. As of this week, the website is offline.

BE AWARE !!

They use to be glamurik and I placed an order that was never delivered. Now they have change to flumurik.
Please flee, run they are fake. You can not track your order. I sent emails no reply. They are dubious company. Don't buy anything from them.

There are no reviews but this one,how did they get that trust score.
There are at least 4 different emails to contact if you have any queries regarding your order, returns and deliveries.
There should only be one or at least have the company name but different department.not different names and no departments.
It is a U.S based company but looking deeper it's in Brazil.not London outlet.
All fake.i have been warned the items are fake.That is if I receive them.

I've purchased items of them .let's see if they arrive .

7-9 days from today 25 Jan 2025.
Today is the 28 Jan as you will notice they have made changes.know there are no trustpilot reviews,and the have changed all contact details to glamurikoutlets.com.
They must have seen my review on the 25 jan.they didn't take long to change the details.And all their reviews of each perfume if you have noticed are 1/17/2025.

Changes are made every time I add things to this post.
Have you click on Johnny Depps pic or any of the other models pics .
It takes you to page not found.
Let's see how they update that.
Now it's the 8 th Feb ,have not got any replies to any of my emails .they have changed the name to flumurik outlets.
I have not received any of my orders.Its shocking how Google is advertising this company.
Well look at that it's the 8th of Feb still but late afternoon looks like they've changed the name back to glamurik outlets.
