Everything fine except that courier…
Everything fine except that courier didn't ring the doorbell, just left on the step. Just happened to see him approaching. I guess we wouldn't have had to leave it on the step for too long as email and text came in immediately, but what if we had not been in at the time?

The customer service from Flu supplies
The customer service from Flu supplies was good but the courier service (DX Express) was appauling - no one to speak with, all telephone lines were automatic, and the online service for the chat line was not available even though it was prompting to chat!.
I would seriously recommend flu supplies change their couriers.
