Caution, these companies mean business, in a great way!!!

I bought a Beambox 2 CO2 laser engraving machine, about $3200.00., after 9 months and nearly 1000 hours the machine had a failure. Flux and JPPlus.com sent me parts within a few days. When parts arrived, JPPlus techs got on the phone with me and walked me through the replacement of parts. Unfortunately it did not repair my machine and they immediately started the process to honor the warranty and replace my machine with a brand new one. It took about 10 days overall but I was back in business and very happy with the concern and expediency shown by FLUX and JPPlus.com!!! Awesome experience!

Don't buy their 3d printers...

Don't buy their 3d printers. My usb port broke, so i ordered a cable to use another port, but that didn't Work, so i contacted support and got an auto-reply that they would get back to me, but they never did.
