My daughters car policy is with this Broker, to say they are useless would be an understatement! Rather blunt and threatening email communication if the Blackbox should so much as move 5° off the windscreen... if it does it again we'll cancel your policy!!
Now because she's been adhering to the Government's advice and current law, by not travelling and staying home, Isolating and not mixing back with her family home they want to charge an additional £30 on the already extortionate policy premium for the privilege!
No warning, policy breached, pay up or we'll cancel it!
Such great customer service and so inspiring towards a youngster with her first policy.
As a comparison my own insurance company gave me £30 back as a goodwill gesture because I wasn't driving my vehicle as much.
Knight and Day difference.... Shop around people, you have been warned. 👍

I really thought FluxScore was good. The smart box was really insensitive and I never had any problems with them. The only problem was they offered a high Renewal cost so I had to leave

I had my call answered by a friendly woman named Emma G. Emma was extremely helpful with my query and reassured me that something I thought may of been wrong wasn’t! Emma was patient with me whilst my signal was bad, again when I was trying to access my garage to obtain my cars mileage.
Emma was overall very helpful and friendly. She is a credit to Flux Direct team and not that it’s often I have to call, but I’ll be sure to ask for her again!

Quick to take your money don’t use!
Quick to take your money! When it comes to sending out documentation there’s nothing! I asked for my documents to be sent they advised me they was validating the insurance I was fine with that, and then advised me I wasn’t passing their checks and their going to cancel my insurance! okay? Well then I get told I have to pay a cancellation fee! Ridiculous unprofessional company, can tell they are just time wasters!

I have been with either Flux Direct or Adrian Flux for quite a few years now & have never had any issues with either company.

I purchased car insurance late last night and this morning received an email from them asking for contact with them as some of the details are incorrect so they can't process the claim. We have called them and heard there is a black box which we need to install in car, when we said we want to cancel the insurance and don't want any box we were told is already been sent to us so we have to pay 120£ for that. When we said we will not collect and how about the 14 days canceling policy and the email about lack of progress earlier, again we were told its a system arranged sending the box and the 120p it's for other company which assigned the box to us - ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE IT, SO RUBBISH COMPANY. WASTED TIME AND Money!!!
Edit: after issued this review Megan from customer service has contacted me but was very rude and still trying treat me that I owe them some money. I said I won't pay and will report it to Ombudsman what I did later that day and was assured by solicitor that they have no right and all cost must be transparent. Next day we received an email from Flux saying if we return the box undamaged and unopened they will reduce the outstanding amount and we will not have to pay anything else, so people don't give up but once again Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I have cancelled my insurance with Flux Direct due to the problems they have caused throughout my experience with Flux Direct. I have been hassled and put through problems which effected my mental health. Every other week i was contacted about the misplacement of the black box even though it was placed correctly and was pressured by a member of the customer service team to pay for a new one. I went through countless unauthorised problems which has damaged my relationship with the company. There has been an issue on my behalf of going over my mileage of 10000. . Now going through all the hassle you have put me through has enforced me to cancel. Speaking to a a member of customer service yesterday, they have stated that the cancelation fee for my policy is £522.14! I am sorry but that is just ridiculous. I am cancelling because of the hassle you have put me through, and now i have to face the consequences? In fact, i should be receiving £522.14 cancellation fee because you put me through so much. The disrespect i have received is shocking. I have never experienced this with any other insurance company. If it was any other insurance company, they would rightly understand and will owe up to the mistakes made. I am not happy with what ive been through and the cancellation fee will not be paid towards such a company. I have sent them an email explaining my situation, however, they have zero understanding and want to take money out of your pockets. I would like them to resolve this issue.
How is Simon commenting on this matter "they were addressed yesterday" but they weren't solved and I'm still not happy. You won't do anything to help and the company will never bend there backs to help through difficult times. Rather Trying to say things are okay on a public domain, I suggest you to sort things out because things aren't okay and the company has left a bad image
