Ken is a great business owner and his customer service is solid. Unlike a lot of companies he is constantly pushing his development of these products to better places. I was worried about the future of Flux before Ken acquired it. Now that he has I couldn't be more excited about where he will take things.
I own 2 vises with several jaw sets, 2 flux pucks, a 4th adaptor, and a few other things. All great products.
Everything was great, responsiveness to emails and online ordering process was very smooth. I also like the fact that I am supporting a small company thats making products in America. Love the product and will continue to buy more !

I ran across Flux Workholding about a year ago. I emailed them to ask a question and got a response in just a few minutes. I was about 5-6 months then before I ordered 3 vises. Their workload was heavy so they provided me an ETA. They shipped me out a short time before they moved to Texas. I was using 2 single jaw vises on my Haas and replaced them with the 3 Flux vises. 6 jaws in the space of 2! The vises were flawless. Beautiful machine work with great finishes. They work as good as they look. I sure wish I had ordered them right away and not waited. If your looking for a great small vise look NO further.
