Is 2025 and still haven't received the 148 £ for the flight I booked in October 2018! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS !

A ticket (713 Euro) was booked for Pakistan in Oct, 2019. No confirmation received or ticket was provided. As per their tickets policy they are supposed to provide tickets 2 days before departure. Fly14 was unable to meet the demand. No response after several reminders. A day before departure a cancellation email was received by FLy14 and full refund was promised, but no result.
Finally, I contacted with my concerned bank and provided them all proof that luckily recovered the full amount. But the whole process took several months.
Suggestion: Avoid using Debit Card payments. Always try to use Credit Card payments for bigger amount. Banks can easily recover amounts against fraudulent transactions if payments are made using Credit Cards.
Another Important Thing: If someone is Scammed for any online activity MUST contact to concerned bank within THREE MONTHS. As all banks have their refund policy (they can recover scam funds within certain time period)

Absolute scammers plz dnt touch these ppl booked flights 4mths b4 flying tickets never turned up phone airline that was supposed to fly with woznt even booked on flight we booked for 13 ppl still no money bac that woz 7mths ago completely ignores ur emails plz plz dnt use them.

Horrendous encounter with this Netherlands based company. Purchased longhaul ticket several months before departure for best fare. Still no ticket received 2 wks before flying, right up until 24 hours before, no ticket after plenty emailing back and forth. Hideous response. Eventually an appology from company and had to go buy another ticket evening before holiday started. Very stressful encounter 😠 Had to pursue for refund through my credit card provider.

they are deceitful. lying. I paid 400 € for tickets and I did not get them at all. When I asked for my booking to be canceled, they stopped replying to my emails. In the first place, cancel a ticket from an airline and do not tease you with their good prices

It's a scam! Please don't use FLY14! I have booked 2 tickets and they couldn't process the payment so they asked me to do the transfer to them company account and I did. It took ages to get my money so I couldn't flight on the day I've choice, then I've asked to refund the money. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my money back. I have made complain to consumer rights in Dubai cause they are based in Dubai. Please email them everyone who was scamed by FLY14. They are trying to help me. consumerrights dubaided

I ordered tickets more than a month ago and when I didn't receive any tickets I try to get my money back and I cancelled my order but still waiting for my refund and there is no one answers the phone or email!
I don't know what should I do!

SCAM!!! Please for your own sake do not use this website! Booked flights to Rome.. was meant to fly tomorrow and I they are offering to refund my money as 'easyjet' haven't sent them a confirmation number. I will not be going Rome now! Do not use FLY14!!

There telephone number doesn't even work!!
