From seeing Fly53 parka in a shop that was too small, I set out trying to hunt one down. Can I just say this has been an excellent service throughout. Though the sizings were on the small size,nothing was a problem with returns. I received a fast rapid service from start to finish. I was sceptical at first ordering online from past experiences with other firms. End result a lovely stylish parka for my son and a very happy contented mother that would definitely recommend and use your firm in future. Keep up the GOOD work.

Ordered over the black friday weekend after a friend told me about the shop. deals were off the chain! items arrived after a couple of days. very good quality clothes and nice designs. I particiularly love my winterton parker. I wanted to send a couple of items back, had a few questions, got very quick and helpful responses from the help team via email. 1 item refunded and 1 item exchanged without a hitch. Highly recommend!

I live in California and have been thinking about ordering from Fly53 for awhile. I finally decided to the roll the dice and order a shirt from them. I was very impressed with how quick my order arrived, seeing as they are based in the UK. The shirt is dope, and seems to be made well. My complaint is that it does not fit me. I guess that UK sizes run small. It would have been nice if that was noted in the size guide (which I did consult). I guess if I knew my chest measurement this wouldn't of been a problem. But I'm a dude, not a tailor and never measured my chest (who does that?!). So my suggestion is a note on the size guide that lets people know if you are a large in US sizes, you should likely order a X-large. Other than that cool company and dope product. However, I am bummed I will most likely be returning the product.

The coat bough from Fly 53 fits perfect the way it was packaged was excellent.There is no way i would go to high street again and que up at check outs.

I love this brand, design is extraordinary and prices very reasonable. The only problem I have is that when I'm ordering something I always order more things as I have to pay quite expensive postage to Czech Republic. There is always at least one faulty piece and one which doesn't fit well. This time I ordered design t-shirt it was poorly printed and some parts of the print were missing. Next I ordered 3 different trousers in the same size, I received only one that was fitting correctly. Strange that it's trousers from the same brand and there's that big size difference between them, one of them I'm unable to put on, because they are that small :/ I know I can send it back, but this would cost me nearly the price of that piece. Please check for faulty and wrong size items before sending to EU. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This has to be the most cosy jacket i've owned. fits well, protects against the wind, rain, and cold. it's just great. the only con is the zipper tends to stick and it may take a few tries to get it zipped up but thats it
