We have been looking for 2 Outdoor Fans…

We have been looking for 2 Outdoor Fans with a led light option and a remote control option for some time now. This has not been easy and when we saw this Rustic Outdoor Fan from Flyachilles it met all of our dimensional and design needs. Super easy ordering and website navigation. Very clear instructions provided on all return and refund provisions. We’ll be back to this website for sure!

I really like this fixture

I really like this fixture, but DO NOT like the idea of an integrated LED. When it fails, I’ll have to replace the entire fixture, and if this one isn’t available, I’ll have to replace them all. Great for the company selling fixtures, not so great for me or the environment.

Misleading description of product features on website

Product descriptions on the site can be misleading and, thus, incorrect. When they say a light is dimmable, it is NOT,
Recently I purchased a ceiling fan/light from Flyachilles. A critical feature for me was that the light be dimmable, so I carefully read each product description to ensure that the fixture was dimmable. I settled upon a fan which expressly said that the light was dimmable and placed the order.
After receiving the fan and installing it, however, I found that the light was not at all dimmable. It was possible to change the quality of the light (from BRIGHT white to BRIGHT amber) but there was no way to dim the brightness of the light.
When I contacted customer service, their initial response "we’re very sorry for the disappointment.
... It does not support brightness dimming (increasing or decreasing light intensity). We understand how this could be confusing, and we sincerely apologize if the description was unclear."

In the end, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

You are absolutely right—when a product is described as “dimmable,” it should clearly support brightness adjustment. In this case, the product only supports color temperature changes (warm to cool), not brightness dimming, and we acknowledge that this was not clearly stated. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and for any misleading impression our product description may have caused.

We also understand your concern regarding the return costs. Given that this issue stems from unclear product information, this is not the experience we want for our customers. Please reach out to us again directly with your order details, and we will review your case and work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

Repeat customer, love my first light so much I came back to order 3 more. These put out much more light than any other brands purchased before.

Great Products, Looking to Know More of this Compay

The products are great, customer service has been responsive. Having a system to give ETA for delivery is needed in my opinion. Not only did it take a month, which we were told is unusual, to get our order, there was no way to track it the first 3 weeks. We are Contractors and this makes our jobs much more difficult. We do plan on making another order, but hoping for an ETA prior to do so.

I still haven't received the product…

I still haven't received the product but you make sure I receive a survey?????
Terrible customer service which to me is more important.
SLOW AND TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE.
I ordered $1000 dollars in lighting and they can't even use FedEx overnight or 2 day shipping. I ordered the product on February 26 and I still have yet to receive it. The day of this review is March 14.

The ordering experience was fine…

The ordering experience was fine however I’m unable to track the delivery using Shop. Also, I tried calling today, but was diverted to a Healthcare promo. I love to know when my order will arrive.

Wonderful Customer Service

I am tremendously impressed with customer service. After realizing a mistake on my end of the online ordering process, Cleudia very kindly and efficiently took care of the matter. We were able to handle this and a slight payment adjustment easily through a couple email exchanges.
