Terrible experience on flights to and from London. This is aside from the poor-quality inflight service and the fact that customer support often fails to respond to emails, sometimes leaving customers waiting for almost a month.
What is even more frustrating is the cost of rescheduling a missed flight. In this cases, the amount charged is at even triple the price of simply buying a new ticket for the new date. It feels more like a punishment than a fair change policy.
The airline advertises that passengers only need to pay a change fee and missed flight of around £200 plus any fare difference and tax differences. However, it makes no sense for the total cost to triple when the flight on the new date is actually cheaper than the original one. Customer service is equally unhelpful. The representatives seem to have no clear answers and cannot adequately explain how the rescheduling charges are calculated or direct customers to someone who can properly resolve the issue.
Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend this airline.
