Refund for damaged luggage

I managed to receive a full refund for my damaged luggage, proposed only partially by the airline (30% of the value..!), it took a while but in the end I was completely satisfied with flycare support!

Quick refund thanks to Flycare!

After my flights were canceled by Ryanair due to the pandemic, I requested a refund. My requests were ignored by the airline for months. I found online reviews of Flycare's help to people like me, desperately in need of a solution. Flycare handled the case with such competence that a month after contacting its team, Ryanair sent me my money back!!
Let people know that they are not alone against the airlines and they don't have to pay a cent for this service. Warmest thanks to the Flycare team!

No show rule

Better than expected!
I had a problem for a No-show rule from Tap airways, applied illegally to me on August 2018. I have claimed to FlyCare and my case was examinated and took in charge.
I have been constantly updated by lawyer during the 1.5 years and several processes, that lead to my win of the action and refund of 400€.
I am delighted by the service (no expense from my side).

Hi
I have asked refound of a fly ticket previuously purchased from edreams web site.I have received it but it was been necessay a lot of time.And a loto of patience by me to can achieve my goal
Unfortunately edreams has
withheld aprox 100€ from my previously payment but off course it's better than...receive another more fly ticket when now I couldn't when / where use it....

I am very satisfied of Flycare Team

I am very satisfied of Flycare Team, I really was not expecting to get the damage generated by a flight expected to leave at 9 am cancelled at 4 am apparently without any valid reason, but after more than 1 year they have been able to get a good reimboursement of the costs. Thanks !

Ryanair refund quickly obtained

We referred to Flycare for supporto in receiving a refund from Ryanair on a Flight cancelled due to the Covid Emergency.
It all got resolved in a pretty short time with minimal involvement from our side.
Great service!!

refund!

My flights were cancelled due to covid-19 emergency.
I did'n buy flights on air-line company's website but from an online travelling agency.
I tried to contact them to be refunded but they were simply not answering the emails and the phone number as not working.
I contacted flycare: after a few weeks the online agency started texting me and now i got refundend

Last year.... tank's Flycare Team

Last year, in July, my two children and I left with the company TAP Airline, for Recife (Brazil) departing from Milan Malpensa. Upon arriving in Lisbon, we were informed that due to delays, we had lost the connection to Recife. We stayed two days in Lisbon, at the expense of TAP and the third day we left.
Of course we have lost travel and hotel reservations in Recife and other locations in Brazil.
I made an appeal and through the Flycare Team, I was able to get the full sum of the three tickets.

Positive experience with Flycare team

I had a very good experience with the Flycare team. I flew with Royal Air Maroc and I had my luggage missing for two days. As I didn't know if and when I could get my belongings back, I had to buy clothes in Morocco. Furthermore, when my luggages were returend, they were damaged. Flycare team helped me to get a reasonable compensation for the damage suffered.

Thanks to Flycare Team I and my friends…

Thanks to Flycare Team I and my friends were able to obtain a refund for our flight which was canceled without any notice. We were headed to Namibia, but due to the flight cancellation we had to wait at the airport much time, perform many requestes to the flight complany to be redirect on another fligh and finally we were able to arrive at our destimation with 24 ours of delay and a deviation to Düsseldorf and Frankfurt

The team has been very efficient

The team has been very efficient to conclude the matter in a very short time. I received the amount on my bank account. This is a sistem very useful for people like me who do not know what to do when similar event happens. Thanks so much for the service
