If I could do zero stars I would.. this place is a joke. In September 2024 Ordered a dress was too big returned it. 100’s of emails. It is being processed.. BS!! I have not received a refund.. had to pay extra $70 to return the dress as well. So much Out of pocket and still nothing to wear!!

I honestly wish I read a lot of these reviews before ordering from this company because it seems a lot of people are all having the same issue. I ordered a dress on October 8th and the shipping clearly stated 7-12 business days. I waited that amount of time and then messaged their support email and they told me that it’s “international” so it would be 20-30 days before I received the dress and then had nothing to say about the 7-12 business day shipping they clearly advertise on their website. It’s now been 35 days and I emailed them again yesterday just saying that I want a refund I don’t care about the dress anymore, the wedding I was going to is long done and over with. Of course they said we “strongly” suggest that you try the dress on first and then we can start your “return process”. Like, no. It’s not that hard to just refund money. If they were a real company they would have no issue doing so but they are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and I STRONGLY suggest you all do the same.

I have recently made an order from this company and am kicking myself. I was looking for reviews like the ones I have only NOW found on Trustpilot. I haven’t received the item as yet (which was supposed to be delivered today - Nov. 12th) and just saw a notice that it is now expected to be delivered on November 18th. I was supposed to wear it on November 15th- to a wedding. I now have nothing to wear and no disposable income to buy another dress. This is what I get for putting my faith in a new company.
If you are ordering from Canada and you need a dress for an upcoming event - my recommendation is to avoid flycurvy. Even if the dress is stunning (who knows at this point), it won’t matter if you don’t get it in time. I now know that this company gives delivery dates that it cannot honour.
The dresses are made and shipped from China (not the US as I had previously believed) which I only found out because the original tracking info literally showed me a map of a place in China. While I have no problem with items being manufactured in China, I am angry because the facade of the dresses being nearby is what made me purchase from flycurvy.
I do not like the deceitful nature of the company - I recommend avoiding it at all cost unless, of course, you have lots of money and time to waste.

Doing your best to estimate shipping means managing the expectations of your clients. In order to do this - you ALWAYS give a date beyond what you actually believe to be the expected delivery date.
This way, if the garment arrives “early” then fabulous - you’ve gained a clients trust and they’ll just think “Wow, this company is fast!”. If however, it is delayed, the client is none the wiser and isn’t ordering too close to an event date. It doesn’t mean they’ll never order, it may just mean they don’t order THIS time because they won’t get the item in time! They’ll know next time they need a longer window in order to order the garment!
When I see an expected delivery date - that is when I expect my items to arrive (within one or two days - not 6+ days). We live in a world where, as a business, you can’t afford to disappoint your clients this way - there is far too much competition.
I highly recommend that you extend your shipping dates - gain back trust if you can. Then, the odd mishap with a dress won’t be that big of a deal. Honestly if the dresses ARE as beautiful as they appear, you could have a great business, but 49% of your clientele is giving you a 1 star review - MAINLY due to your unacceptable shipping delays! It’s a simple fix and it annoys me. Enough with the grand apologies - fix the problem - extend the dates you are telling clients. You offer good sizes (and apparently decent quality, according to many who got their dresses) so you could be very popular, but enough of the excuses!

I ordered a floor length floaty gold dress and they sent me a stiff above the knee black dress with gold leaves painted on the bodice.
When I contacted customer support I was told the gold dress was no longer available so they sent the other as a replacement! Why didn't they tell me before they sent it, then I could have chosen something else.
I was offered a 50% refund without having to return the other dress (which doesn't suit me at all).
Not a satisfying experience at all.

The dress I ordered for a wedding was beautiful however it took almost 2 months to arrive. I didn’t get it in time for the wedding. While I love the dress and would love to order more I won’t because of the shipping time. It totally ruined the excitement. It was a perfect fit. Sizing was accurate.

Don’t ….just don’t - clothes don’t fit - the clothes you order will arrive over a month after promised and too late for the event you ordered it for - then instead of giving a full refund,
You have to jump through hoops to get a 30% refund with no return-
Save yourself the hassle and just DON’T!

Returning an item is the most ridiculously complicated process I have ever dealt with in my life. They kept trying to get me to keep the item for less than a 100% refund and I had to return 2 seperate email before they would give me the return address. You have to send back all original packaging, fill out a form, take pictures of the form and the return receipt from the post office, email them the pictures etc etc. Such a pain!
On top of it all, item wasn't like it was pictured. In credible disappointed! Save your time and money!

I recently ordered three items of clothing from flycurvy. All three were cheaply, poorly made, and did not fit anything like pictured on the models. Their delays in shipping resulted in their clothing getting to me past their 30 day return date cutoff. They claimed because of this I am unable to get a refund for returning these items. They will no longer respond to my emails. This is a scam company 100%
Update:
They replied making weirdly unprofessional claims about me returning an entire order, they split my order up into two and the second half is what arrived outside the 30 day window. As if that makes it better. They are still fighting me 5 emails later instead of being professional and issuing a refund.

I ordered a dress on 8/31 for my son's wedding on 10/12. After contacting customer service on 9/25 I was told it would be shipped on 9/29 and take 10 to 15 days to receive. That I would receive an email containing the tracking number. I have yet to receive such email and it is now 11/1 and I have still not received the dress. I had to find another dress for the wedding and was not happy at all.
I understand that it is an international company but this is ridiculous. All customer service does is apologize and make promises they cannot keep. No offer to better your experience or discount. Just a "we appreciate your patience and cooperation while waiting for your order". Trust me when I say, I am not patient and extremely NOT happy with this company and I will be sure NOT to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a dress for a wedding that didn't get here in time. Almost a month before receiving it. Had to purchase another dress locally within days of wedding....wedding was almost 2 weeks ago. Now, I receive it and it's too large. So, not only did it not get here in a timely manner, but if I wanted to return it for refund, or exchange it for another size, I'm responsible for shipping it back and then waiting longer for either refund or another dress. This company has it all figured out on how to make the money!! I will NEVER order from this company again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!

I order a dress for an event. I ch3ck3d their delivery ensuring that I would get it in time. My order stated 7- 12 business days. It's been 15 day and have yet to recieve it. I reached out and their saying it would be mid to end November. I should have looked at reviews before I placed the order. Now I'm rushing trying to find another dress to get on time. I've had a horrible experience and their customer service is even worst. Never would I recommend this site to anyone.
Note- 11/14 this is a horrible company. This company is a scam! Refuse to issue a full refund. This company advertise on false information.

I ordered on September 12th. The items were shipped around the 17th. It’s now October 23rd and I still have no idea if or when my dress will arrive. I realize they say 10-15 days but it’s been way over that. When I contact them, they can provide no help other then telling me they are international.
With that being said, your better to use Bloom Chic or Modlily. Considering contacting my credit card for a refund.
Edited to add that they do reach out in emails. Updated likelihood of my dress arriving is November 1st. So as a warning IF you order from here it will take TWO months to come and you will have to message them often.
EDITED again: November 6th my items arrived.

When I had a problem they dealt with it very quickly. Their communication is great. And on top of it all they are very NICE! They kindly gave me an electronic gift card. I’m very impressed with this company. I will definitely buy from them again.
First off I was terrified(!)after reading some of these reviews. I had already purchased the dress and thought this is a scam I will never get it it will be wrong this is terrible etc etc BUT let me tell you how MY experience has been. To be fair, it took a long time to get shipped and get to me. I ordered it September 17 and received it this morning. Relief that I even got it was my first feeling because the tracking on this garment was way off. Hence the 4 star rating.
So I opened the package and there she was! The dress I ordered. Not a mix up with the sku the actual dress I ordered and the correct size. Second wave of relief. Now for the real test! Does not have a strong chemical smell (if you order from Temu or overseas you know what I’m saying) so I shook it out and put her on!
When I got myself situated in this dress and turned to the mirror I could not have been happier you guys! She is beautiful and flows and fits perfectly even without the spanx and bra underneath! I spun and I twirled and I smiled giving blessings to whomever was involved in getting this dress to me. Seriously.
It’s beautiful and it is all I’d hoped it would be. I’m so thankful and grateful for it working out when for so many others it did not, according to the reviews. I know people tend to only put negative reviews so we have to take that in to account. I’m a real person, made a real purchase, and am writing this review for someone who may be on the fence as to whether or not to buy flycurvy. They sent me discount code along with the dress and after I finish this up I’m going right back to that website and putting it to use. There were numerous beautiful dresses I saved in my cart but I wanted to see how the first dress looked before I bought them. If you read this whole thing, wow!
Now get off here and go order that dress!

Well, my card has no holds on it, and I had plenty money to buy two dresses. I was about to purchase them when the website must have a bug or something because I have purchased plenty things online in my day. LOL it kept being rejected. I check and checked my own typing etc. nothing was wrong. Called my bank and they said my card was fine. Soooo..... what gives? Their user interface must have bugs in the software. Good thing otherwise I would not have found out that they don't ship out quickly and I would not have the stuff for the event I want at the end of the month. I guess it's a good thing their stuff don't work to order for me. LOL. saved me the hassle of being ticked off later. (Dresses look very nice. I wish more suppliers made patterns like them.) Might try again later and see if the bugs have been worked out for other clothes on a later date but not right now.

I purchased 3 items on sept 9th.. and I still have yet to received them.. I need them for this Saturday for my birthday party. The dresses are really Beautiful and im hoping they come by then. I've been tracking the orders and the last time they were updated was the 27th saying it was received at the USA port. It's already the 30th and I'm hoping it's in route to my place.
