Scam. Theybissue tickets numbers that belong to other people. When I called the airline direct they informed me the ticket numbers dont match the names. They are not legit. Save the hassle.

Apparently, this company keeps acquiring and changing its name. It was cruiseroyals, cheapofly and now this. I have been dealing with them for over 90 days, trying to get my money back because they never put it on my Royal Caribbean bill. And every 2-3 days, another agent says, they'll take care of it, and they don't. I just got off the phone, yet again, they said I will get an email showing the refund. They are a scam! Please do not give your business to them.

The guy Brock Smith rocked today with my problems.
He solved everything in just few minutes. Before that, I spent half of my day on it.

I received the best customer service ever her name is Monica she gave me the best flights and seats for the price I search other websites and they keep putting me on hold but not her I never usually take the time to give reviews but I had to give her a shoutout again I want to thank her and the airlines. I will always call them for further flights .

This agency is a fraud, we contacted to verify the flights, we learned that we were speaking with a United representative and they started saying Red alert, the flights are on red alert and you are going to lose everything you paid for your flight. They told us that the only solution was to pay 499.99. They told them that I am not the one who bought the flights, that I was helping the people who are going to travel, that I am only contacting them to ask what would happen if they cannot board on time. Then I told them that I wanted to speak with a supervisor because we did not understand why they were talking about a red alert and we wanted to know what was happening and when I contacted the supervisor, he proceeded to ask me the dates of birth of those who were on the flight, according to him, to validate and see information, well it turns out that they canceled the flights even though I told them that I am not calling to cancel that. that I am authorized, it is a total fraud. After giving him the dates, he informed me that my flights were already canceled and that the only option was to pay that amount.

Spoke with Hector who was helpful in booking our tickets for us. He was extremely patient and resourceful. He is a valuable asset to the American Airlines staff.

I was told they were Southwest Airlines, then , after getting all my information they charged an extra $200.
They never mentioned they were not SW and led me to believe they wee SW! When I called SW i was told about their hijacked reservation number. BEWARED OF THESE PEOPLE! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

This company are scalpers who operate under the guise that they are a part of/are Flair airlines. You'll get a legitimate flight, but they upcharge you by nearly %200 or more. Absolutely ridiculous. Make sure you are actually booking with the company you're calling for. When we googled Flair airlines, this is what popped up. Website looks very similar to Flair and so did the wait time music and everything. They took advantage of my mom with a brain injury, who was trying to book an emergency flight to see her brother who is hospitalized in serious condition.
