Will need to split this into two experiences.

Slam Tent:
Meant to be a lockdown liberation party, then kept getting moved until it was a who knows what festival in April.

Once they cancelled this event they had the cheek to deduct £15 each ticket for bucket hats no one asked for and which they obviously wouldn't sell otherwise. Unless of course, we as a group rounded up 10 bucket hats if we could even find them, and mail them back to fly, cause that's worth the effort.

Fly Amsterdam:
At least we've got some of the money back for Slam. We also booked Fly Amsterdam when it was first announced, and paid all the installments working out to around £360pp.

Once that got inevitably moved again and again they finally cancelled it and we got an email quoting 90 days for a refund, that would be "automatic".

Then of course the 90 days was up. Told 7 days max and that it had been processed and we should have received it. Now it's 103 days and as of recent, we've been told "we are unable to confirm an exact date", class.

During covid, they clearly just used events as a cash grab to provide a runway to pay off debt until they finally put on an event.

Be funny to see if we magically get it when Fly Open Air happens.

In summary, quick to take your money. But be prepared to enter into an elaborate multi-level shafting.

Tramps.

IS THIS COMPANY LEGIT??

I ordered a hoody from their merch store weeks ago for my son’s Christmas and have heard nothing since, apart from one confirmation email, despite sending numerous emails asking to change the size of the hoody if possible. Has anyone else bought from this company? I’m beginning to worry!!
