Don’t even consider this airline

Don’t even consider this airline!
Their absolutely non-existant support closes at 17.00. No one at the airport to talk to.
So if your flight is cancelled after 17.00 your in deep trouble.
They sent me by cab to Arlanda to take a SAS-flight 4 hours later. By the way, the didn’t even pay the cab. Avoid!!!

The worst airline you can buy a ticket form

Literally, the worst airline you can buy a ticket from. I had a flight from Malmo to Stockholm Bromma airport, it had 2 hours delay and at the end, they dropped us at Arlanda airport. They said they were going to compensate us for the Arlanda express ticket price, so I bought the ticket and sent the receipt to them for compensation then I received an email indicating that they were going to respond to my ticket within 45 business days. I thought it was just an auto-respond email, so I called them, and then I spoke to customer service which said they would respond within 45 business days. so your choice...
Update: Oct the 10th 2023
It has been almost 60 business days and they have not processed my compensation claim case.
