There is no overview of what the process is which by the way is:
-You submitting your details
-You chasing with the reps via phone or chat about whether the flight has gone through
-Finding out the flight has not been booked and being offered no alternative.

For a better option use Fly Britain

Will never use this lot again.
Had me stranded in Melbourne, Australia because my return ticket had been cancelled. I was told by Qatar Airlines when checking in that Fly Globe had for some reason had rebooked me on a flight from South America to San Francisco.(????)
When I did eventually arrived back in London after having a relative pay for my return,they fobbed me off with total BS.
Avoid FlyGlobe at all costs.
I noticed that that their Travel Insurance Company who deal with their customers claims and partially reimbursed me, had dropped FLYGLOBE.
I wonder why.

NEVER NEVER USE FLYGLOBE. NEVER!! THEY ARE THIEVES...

We booked 3 tickets London to Seoul Korea on 27 Nov, for £2,865 on Polish airline LOT via Flyglobe. We could not get on the plane on 17 Dec due to visa problem.

We called LOT and they confirmed we are due refund after deducting some admin charges. To date, Flyglobe is not refunding money due to us.

We called them, texted them and sent emails, but flyglobe is not responding. This is criminal!! WIll have to go to the police next.

Worth a go!
