My agent Larry is absolutely the best. He is very professional, patient, and understand what I was looking to buy. Most important, Larry always put himself in my shoes and represent my best interest throughout the buying process. I ended brought a house which is perfect for my need. The communication with Larry was also always very pleasant and easy. He responded everything in fast manner. I highly recommend Larry!

We got an exceptional service and a sweet rebate when we closed the deal. We worked with Ron from Reali and it was an awesome experience. Ron is super-fast, responsive and highly professional. The first time we spoke to Reali, we explained what we were looking for from a real estate agent (especially with a prior bad experience from another realtor) and Reali delivered beyond that. Ron was patient with our home search but also aggressive when it was time to make an offer. He made sure that we won the offer working with the seller agent. This aggressive mindset is what is needed when working in a hot market like the BayArea. We are so glad that we found Ron. We highly recommend Reali for home search and thanks Ron!

My friend introduced us Ron and Reali when we started looking for our first home. She and her friends used to work with Ron and his team and they were impressed with their services. And we are pursuaded too.
Ron was very patient to explain us the process and to answer any questions we had. He never rushed us to offer a house. He looked into the reports, communicated with listing agents to give us more insights and what he thought. He advised and guided us on putting the offer as well as the steps we need to do after we were in contract. With his help, we finally found our own place called home.
We also liked Reali app. It's straightforward and chat function is quick and great. We would highly recommend Ron and his team at Reali.

We are still in the process of having this process work for me. I am in the new home that I wanted. I am very grateful that REALI was able to get my new home for me. They are being very patient with me as I am preparing my old house for sale. It is taking a bit of time because I am doing the improvements that will get a higher price. I think their selling concept is a great opportunity for most everyone considering today's market.

RealiLoans never return my call. I left a message four times during January 2021 and no one ever returned my call. I had a question on completing an online application, but it's not going to get answered because no one is available to speak to. One start rating for abysmal customer service.

If I could give Reali more than 5 stars, I would.

Our agent, Lena and her team were amazing. We put our house on the market during a very shaky time for our economy. We weren’t sure it was the time to sell, but we needed to. Lena gave us so much help, encouragement and support through that time, we honestly could not have done it without her. She was always available to us, we rarely had to leave messages. She was like a friend, not a sales agent.

We wound up selling the house and getting more than the asking price! We were thrilled. The move itself was exhausting after 21 years and moving from state to state, but Lena and her team were there until the very end.

Thank you Lena and the Reali for making our dream come true. We are so happy in our new home. VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Kathy Bradford has a fabulous personality which was awesome in dealing with our partners in our sale. It had been a long time since we had sold a property, so I appreciated Kathy's expertise in guiding us through the process. Kathy always made her self available to us by phone, text and email, even during the weekends, evenings and Thanksgiving holiday. I believe her recommendations helped us get a good fair price for our home and I appreciated Reali low fee. In addition, I must say that Paige Sterling, our Escrow Officer with Reali Escrow, was equally fabulous with her attentiveness, availability and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Kathy and Paige to anyone buying or selling a home.

Initially, I listed my house to be sold with another agent about a year ago. Although the house went under contract a few times, none of the deals closed. Unfortunately, by the time James along to help sell the home, the home had already been on the market for over 120 days, several failed contracts.

James provided a thorough explanation for why the deals may have fell through and provided expert advice on how to get the home sold, quickly. He also helped me rent the home out, until the house was ready to be sold again. After the lease was up on the house, I decided to re-list the home to be sold. There was no question in my mind that it needed to be with James, as he was the most knowledgeable person that would be able to get the home sold.

We started showing the house to potential buyers on December 1, 2020, received several offers, but ultimately accepted the best offer on December 3, 2020, went into escrow immediately, and closed on the sale of the house on December 29, 2020.

I received net proceeds of over 33k as a result of the sale of the house and couldn't be happier that it all worked out the way it did. I highly recommend James, as he is clearly an expert in his field.
