I purchased it on April 27 and it just…

I purchased a neck pillow on April 27 and the site for delivery just says “information received on May 1st”. This is unacceptable. When am I going to receive it. The second day it seemed like they held up my order because they wanted me to upgrade it. Just send me my order, please. Also you keep advertising the sale is coming to an end at midnight and then extending it. Are you kidding me???

I was contacted by Flyhugs and they said there were no guarantees and they sent me the fine print. The estimate is now May 12th. That is long after the date their product is needed. All of this is unacceptable. To order something with plenty of lead time and then have to wait over 2 weeks to receive it is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. I should have ordered from Amazon. I would have had it in one day.

The mask is fantastic

Haven’t used it yet on a flight

Haven’t used it yet on a flight, but lt feels real comfortable when I tried it at home on my couch. Will be testing it on an upcoming flight to the east coast and then have an overseas flight in the fall! Got a great deal on it and received it very quickly, so far so good!

Our order did not arrive in time for…

Our order did not arrive in time for our trip.
We had to stop and purchase two different brand neck pillows on the way to the airport.
Now support is not responding to my request for a return.
Support reached out and offered an additional 20% off our order. We are currently traveling, but appreciate the offer and will consider when we return in a week.

I was really looking forward to trying…

I was really looking forward to trying the FlyHugs pillows, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the shipping—we did not receive them when we were supposed to, and because of that, we never even got the chance to use them on our international flight, which was the whole reason we ordered them in the first place.
It’s frustrating to plan ahead and rely on a company, only to have the product arrive too late to be useful. I can’t speak much to the quality of the pillows themselves since we didn’t get to use them, but the shipping and overall process definitely fell short.
Because of this experience, I can only give 2 stars. I hope they improve their fulfillment and delivery timelines in the future.

23 hr. Trip to Thailand experience with pillow.

I purchased one last year for my 23 hr flight to Thailand.
I'll never fly again without it. Very supportive on my neck, and comfortable. I purchased 2 more 1 for my fiancé, and her daughter, I was a little upset that I didn't receive the eye mask that was supposed to go with it.
But at least I got the pillows.

The two for one deal on neck pillows…

The two for one deal on neck pillows meant that both my husband and I could get a pillow each. They arrived in a timely manner and they each came in great little carry bags - similar to a sleeping bag - with toggles to close. As we are going on our trip later in the year I cannot comment on their comfort yet.

I love this pillow

I love this pillow. It gives a lot of neck support, so much better than the old u shape travel pillow. I travel a lot and this much needed on long flights. I am also a travel agent and your product makes a great gift for my clients.

The pillows took a bit in shipping but worth it

The pillows took a bit in shipping, but communication was great with customer service. We love the fit of the pillows. Will be trying them soon on a long flight. Rolling them back into their carry bag took a few tries, but overall we are happy.
