Liers, all of them, don’t trust them
So where should I start, I booked tickets for myself and my family and I specifically booked them
On the condition that seats will be togather, and I was promised that by their customer service agent Danish, who was booking my seats, but when it actually came the day, all 3 seats were in 3 different rows, so I contacted them, and they completely denied that it’s against their policy and when I reminded them of promise they begged for one more day to resolve it, and the next day, they stopped replying, I had to pay for seats to get them togather, and on top of that, they called me to tell me that they sorted it, after ignoring my messages all day, they wanted to take credit for the seats and they thought it happened by chance, when I sent them proof of the payment that I made to get seats togather, it was another lie, that it was glitch with the airline, they couldn’t see the seats,
Worst agency I’ve ever used, I’ll say book with Booking.com or world air fare, both are registered companies as compared to this and much more responsible than these Pakistani liars, the amount of lies I heard in a single day was staggering. Nothing has ever been even close to that.

Unfortunately, the airline’s seating availability at the time did not allow us to guarantee adjacent seats.
We genuinely tried to resolve the issue and contacted the airline multiple times. When it became evident that the seats were not assignable together without an additional payment, we informed you accordingly. The extra payment for seat selection was a decision made to ensure you could travel with your family seated together.
