useless plugin in this world website working well without any issue but after some time version v5.0.2 cache and not working and lot of time new bugs i face like cdn not works and more i waste my money. some time ago i connect with chat support use leass chat support only 1 website is working well but now all not works after the upgrade new version. after customer support he add new code in my site plugin is create only cache pages but the speed is not improve like i am not face any 1% change and faster.. useless service i think plugin is manipulating or nothing else.

This review like others who may have needed deeper troubleshooting reflects FlyPress' poor customer support. In our case, we also spoke with the (Founder) directly, who quite honestly was dismissive and frustrating to work with; like did you unplug it and plug it in.
Did you turn it on? (doh)
You know those jokes... From condescending IT support.
When the Founder also treats you like you're the problem you know this isn't going anywhere.
1. "clear cache" (done) SUPPORT PERSON WHO WORKS FOR THE FOUNDER.

3. Intercom (the support app on their site) doesn't work, sent a screenshot, turn off all your browser extensions. What? Really? AKA your site is so bad no one can use it unless the extensions are all off, tell us more how your site is buggylicious
4. Support: You are not allowed to email us.
Literally used these words. Use the support icon.
But, but it's not working....
Okay authoritarian person, we are asking for help, we don't need scolding support telling customers we are "not allowed."
5. Founder steps in: No one else is having this problem. (It's like, dev speak, it works for me). It's such a poorly dismissive response. I'd be embarrassed to write that to a customer. So you rather prioritize quantity over quality of customers telling you there's a problem with the quality?

6. When trying to use Intercom on their site why would we use a firewall. It wasn't working on their site. And we informed them...
7. "Highly Unconventional and Unusual?"
a. We use Elementor
b. We use Captcha by Google
c. We use CleanTalk for spam comments...
There's nothing unusual about this setup which is the NORM. For a UGC content site.
That's his idea of unusual?
"Unusual" or you mean you didn't do "extensive" quality assurance testing which equals, doesn't play nice with others if not tested with others.
FACT:
The v5 plugin caching isn’t working right (sent a video as proof). It does NOT work with preloader firewalls like CleanTalk, a typical anti-spam product, so FlyingPress caching completely breaks and can’t connect to their Cloud.
The Founder actually said this himself, then tried to upsell us on more proprietary BS—“use FlyingPress CDN”—basically tone deaf to our issue, unhelpful, and instead trying to promote his other service.
And then the Founder suggested only Admins use it but our site is NOT Admin-specific. He should NOT be giving advice that doesn't fit the issue. He should FIX his plugin to be compatible and play nice with others.
TIP:
Maybe Founders with egotistical attitudes should not also be doing their own support?
FlyPress CDN and CleanTalk don't even do the same thing!
He says CleanTalk is "highly unconventional?" Oh Really? How "unconventional" is CleanTalk and WordPress to work with a caching plugin??
The experience we had is the Founder then abruptly decided to cancel and refund instead of engage in REAL CARING customer service.
Yes! Customer support with the Founder was a HORRIBLE experience.
Instead of engaging in real troubleshooting and addressing our concerns, the Founder chose to cancel our subscription. His actions demonstrated a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to problem-solve. Instead chose his fragile ego.
It doesn't resonate a CARING company it resonates GREED and APATHY.
To nail the coffin; the Founder of the company after we explained we need time to troubleshoot. Still canceled us.
No warning, nothing.
They’re selling a plugin, but when the Founder himself can’t answer questions without getting easily triggered, it’s nowhere near what you get from more experienced companies—like WP Rocket.
It’s good to have choices, but not choices like FlyingPress, where the product is decent but customer service is terrible.
p.s. Alternatives: The GTmetrix team has tested WP Rocket extensively and found it to be one of the most effective and simplest page caching plugins to improve WordPress performance.
By the way, again the Founder's dismissive response to deflect: WP Rocket is owned by GT Metrix. Exactly why you should buy it.. GT Metrix uses Light Speed same as Google. Hello!

FlyingPress failed the moment Mr. Founder chose to respond initially with such a dismissive tone. I called him out on it and I will be sharing the email on other platforms the actual email where he admitted room to improve. We have nothing to hide here.
Rude behavior begets rude behavior. Founder treats the problem as if he's doing you a favor, a favor by the way you paid for :-/ by supporting their plugin via annual subscription.
Having thousands of users with bad support is a train wreck waiting to happen... Heed our words.

I had a few minor issues with the configuration. The customer support resolved these for me within a couple of hours. My websites pagescore has now increased from 65% to 90%.

I used a lot of optimization and caching plugins, but FlyingPress is by far the best one! No issues and works like a charm with all CDNs I’m using. Support by Khan was also great and responsive!

A few aspects to FlyingPress stand out to me. First off, the customer service is great. Additionally, their WP plugin is extremely well designed. It is easy to navigate and does not overload the user with options and information. In this way, FP's design makes it easy to set up the plugin for a WP site. Finally, their inclusion of FlyingCDN (which works on Cloudflare's network) is fantastic and works seamlessly.

This is a really nice caching product. The UI is clean and simple to setup. The simplicity is what really pulled me in. The support has been great and I feel confident using this product in all my production websites. I appreciate how they keep adding features and bug fixes to make the product continuously better. I have used the other caching products out there and this is much better in every way.

I am looking at moving from WP Rocket and wanted to confirm some things about their feature with RUCSS. I was talking to support person who gave me one sentence replies that showed no competency, and was plain rude and not helpful. It is so bad that is the entire reason for this review.
If I was anyone at Flying Press, I would genuinely fire the support person in question, which I am happy to share with Flying Press who they are, as it appears from reviews you have great support and this guy is REALLY letting you down.
