After reading the reviews for FlyingPress we finally decided to purchase this for our company but we soon ran into issues. On the first day it seemed as though the plugin was working and the results looked really good however, the next day our page speed score went from 80 (before FlyingPress) to 40 (with FlyingPress).

The only issue we had with our website before FlyingPress was LCP however, with this plugin we now had issues with render blocking, large layout shifts, unused CSS, chaining requests, JS, thread work etc. Our LCP went from 4s to 14s!

We also had the Flying CDN which regardless of following all the instructions to implement this, it just would not work.

We contacted support and spoke to an agent named Khan, he was unhelpful, unprofessional, and it seemed like he just could not care less. After explaining the issues to Khan, he kept repeating the same thing over and over again regarding the CDN but failed to answer any of our questions or the issues regarding Flying Press.

Khan finally answered our questions regarding the issues with Flying Press by stating that they do not optimise Flying Press. Basically, they will not look into these issues or resolve these and we were left to resolve these ourselves.

We then filed a complaint regarding all the issues we faced and the non-existent customer service only to receive an email from Gijo which stated “Please deactivate other catching and plugins”. No complaints process, no investigations, no answer to any of the other points we raised, nothing.

3 days had passed trying to resolve this with Khan, finally we gave up, told WordPress that we would like a full refund and to cancel the subscription. All of a sudden, we get an email from Khan stating he would like a temporary login (which we provided to them several times but they did not even bother to login) to our website to optimise this and resolve the issues. Now all of a sudden, they do optimise Flying Press!

By this time, we were fed up of the way we were treated and decided that we do not want any help from FlyingPress and want a full refund.

This was the worst experience we had to endure with any company/service provider. You would think that once you become a paying customer that they would actually care about you and the services that they provide but they do not!

We deactivated FlyingPress and went back to WP Rocket. At least WP Rocket are polite, prompt in resolving any issues even if this is not covered in their services and have excellent customer service.

We will never use Flying Press again and will not recommend this to any of our clients instead we will be telling our clients to actively avoid this plugin.

The support usually responds very swiftly. But what's even better is the depth and level of expertise. I had a really bad issue with cache going all over the place. It became clear after a while that it was NOT an issue with flying press. Now normally, at this point any support agent would say ok that's it, but Khan from the flyingpress team stepped in anyway, took over my WP instance and found in the file system some obscure remnants from a performance plugin I hadn't used for quite a while (autoptomize).

Quite simply delighted with the service received and initial results. It's only been a day since I installed it, but everything has been seamless, so much so I felt I had to write a review (a rare occurrence). I'm not a techie as such but can build template Wordpress sites, its where the deeper technical stuff comes into play where I sometimes need a little help.

My site has been slowing down and I've experimented with a host of plug-ins and options to help. When I read up on FlyingPress I thought, is that too good to be true? Well it wasn't. They supported me during installation when I made a few mistakes and got it working perfectly, in hours. The site is already faster in just one day and I'm now just waiting for google to notice :)

If you want a powerful yet simple solution to speeding up a Wordpress site with people happy to help you, look no further.

I've been building websites since the very first browser appeared and WordPress a few years after it appeared. I don't normally do reviews - I don't have time, but these guys deserve it. I've used a number of caching plugins for WordPress over the years, and this one has been both simple to set up and configure on the front end and flexible with code snippets I can use for various things by adding to functions.php. It has been rock solid and they have added new features along the way. The cost is good. I highly recommend it.

i really wanted to switch from another cache plugin to flyingpress. unfortunately there were a few technical problems with my project. khan from the support team took a lot of time to help me solve the problem and what can i say: it worked now! thank you very much for the great support.

Had some questions about performances on a website and FCP/LCP and Khan really helped me to understand everything. He took the time to check and answer me with illustrated screen captures. It's hard to find such patient and dedicated assistant ! Cheers to Khan and all the FlyingPress team :)

Had a problem with licence key not activating. Excellent and knowledgeable support over chat from Khan. Got right down to the issue (Cloudflare dynamic caching) and offered a solution. No messing about, exceptionally helpful chat session.

Switched to flying press from litespeed as I wasn't happy with our pagescores and load times. With minimal effort our pagescores and loadtimes are near instant. The one small issue we did have was resolved by Ashiqur from their support team within 1 hour of lodging our ticket.

A special shoutout to support agent Khan, who went above and beyond to help with the configuration. He promptly resolved an incompatibility issue we encountered during testing.
