I booked our tickets directly from the Iberia website for my family of three, and the price wasn’t cheap—$835 per person for a direct flight. I didn’t expect that we would end up flying with LEVEL. Th... See more

I thought the reviews are not real. Well...
Long story short - avoid flying with them, or book with extreme caution, and only with refundable accomodation and other arrangements, as they might change the flight dates.
I really didn't believe all the bad comments here, since they make many flights. That was until I had a similar experience like others here.
To avoid any problems, I've booked flights with extremely general (8+ hours) time between them, to acommodate any changes to flights. About a month after the booking, they changed the flight, postponing it just for one hour.
Now, one month before leaving, they changed the return date of the Paris-Martinique-Paris flight to one DAY earlier, effectively robbing us of one of 7 days in there. As it's a month before, the accommodation, car hire, airport transfers and all the other stuff is not refundable. I exptected them not to cover any of that - and that's what happened.
However, as I had connecting flights from them (Vienna-Paris-Vienna), I exptected them to waive the fee to change the return flight to one day prior - to match the changed overseas flight they caused, so we wouldn't be on the airport for 30 hours. Or at least change a name, as one of the group decided not to go.
The only thing they had to do was waive a fee for changing the flight/name on the other flight, made with their airline too. After spending 20+ minutes on a phone with (indian accented, poor reception) support representative - they result was: we cannot do that, based on company policy, as it's a different booking. Same people flying, same company, easy as waiving one fee as the problem was caused by their airline - no, we can't do that. Manager confirmed they can't do anything.
On the facebook page, I've found out they moved other flights to Martinique the same way, with different dates. We're considering a class action (equivalent) lawsuit against them, as it seems they are doing this with the purpose of financial gain, damaging their customers.
Avoid like the plague
We booked with Vueling, but were due to fly Level. However, Level cancelled the flight, gave no reason but promised us compensation. Two months late were still trying to contact them. Extremely poor customer service ( actually there isn’t any). Avoid this airline like the plaque.
Worse airlines ever!
Worse airlines ever!! They were very racist. I trabel with 6 of my friends and we were all Treated horrible. They wouldnt let me use the bathroom the was closes to me they make me use the one in the back and i was sitting in the middle of the place. I even told them that i was pregnant and that inreally need ir to used it and they send me to the back. We got no food no water. Very horrible experience
Worse airline ever!!!!
Worse airline ever!!!!! They are racist and don't even offer water for an 8 hour flight! They also changed my flight without consulting. They also wouldn't let me use the bathroom closest to me. This was the worse experience ever!!
Worse trip ever!
Worse trip ever!! I travel from New York to Barcelona and I didn’t even get anything to drink. Keep in mine this is a 7 hrs trip. Flight attendants were very rude and racist. I upgrade it my seat thinking that I was going to at least get something to drink but I didn’t. I travel with 6 more people and we all got the same service. It was horrible
My daughter and I flew Level in May…
My daughter and I flew Level in May 2019 from Newark to Paris. The flight was wonderful and the seats were quite comfortable. Much better than typical US budget airlines.
I didn't even manage to get on a flight…
I didn't even manage to get on a flight with this airline, I booked a flight online but only eight hours before departure I received an email saying my booking was cancelled due to security reasons. I called customer support but my calls were redirected to Iberia airline which did nothing to help me. No way to contact them and no staff at airport. What a joke of an airline, best to avoid
Flight 'Rescheduled'
Booked a direct flight from London to Vienna. Flight was 'rescheduled' now stopping in Barcelona taking a two hour and twenty minute journey to eight hours and twenty minutes. I was refused a refund or credit, only offered alternative flights which took even longer! AWFUL COMPANY.
Simply the worst experience ever
Simply the worst experience ever, and I have flown a few times with them. The website does not work half of the time, you call customer service and ask for English speaking and you get Spanish, you call Level but sometimes get the Iberia call center, and they can't help you, really this is a joke of a website. I only book with these guys because they are the only option Barcelona-Boston direct, but the whole setup is so amateur ... Fire the Head of Web Operations NOW, Iberia does not deserve its brand to be bashed because of this joke website.
Generous airline with good customer…
Generous airline with good customer service.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. The baggage allowance was also generous. The price was also affordable.
Ridiculous flight and more ridiculous CUSTOMER CARE…
Ridiculous flight and CUSTOMER CARE experience.
My flight was cancelled after long delay. Have been offered a flight 2 days later than scheduled date for my trip from Vienna to London.
When asking customer care to provide me the reason for flight cancellation and the alternative arrangement provided to be listed in a letter that I can use to provide it to claim my travel insurance, they keep shifting departments and refuse to honor the request. Such a ridiculous operator to be in the services domain.
Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid at all costs!!! They Cancel your flights and refuse to refund!!! They do not help. Customer service is horrendous.
Flew Level Airlines Malaga to…
Flew Level Airlines Malaga to Vienna, despite the negative reviews,I found this airline to competent and very professional infact one of best airlines I,ve flown with.Young, very courteous crew, punctual and if there were any problems you would be informed in time.My personal opinion, they need encouragement as they are a new airline. Some may have had genuine reasons to be dissatisfied, but there is an element that whine for the sake of whining ie cheap snobbery!!!!!
TOP!! TOP!! TOP!!! Very good Airline!!
Flew the 2nd time with LEVEL and again all fantastic!! I don't understand some of the weird reviews before. People pay 29Euros and expect free food and service? Well that's then a wrong understanding of flying. Flight from Vienna to Paris on time!! Flight Paris to Vienna left with 10min delay but reached Vienna even 5min before schedule. Again new plane and very friendly crew. Seat beside me stayed empty, so nothing to complain about space.
I will never book with them again
Like several others who have written reviews, I was booked on the Fly Level flight from Vienna to London Gatwick, scheduled to leave at 4:20pm (Central European time). At first we were told that we would be leaving at about 10:35pm but with little more information. In the end the flight left about 6½ hours late and we got in to Gatwick after midnight.
Communications during the delay were extremely poor. Their website kept telling me that the flight was on time but would arrive in Gatwick 6 hours late.
The cabin crew on the flight were very apologetic and did their best but could not make up for this ridiculous delay.
I completed a claim form on the Vueling website (Fly Level are currently using the Vueling website for some of their admin including compensation claims).
My claim for compensation was rejected on the grounds that the delay was caused by air traffic control.
Really!!!
A 6½ hour delay caused by air traffic control. That doesn't seem plausible to me. But Fly Level have given me no way to check this out. So I have written to the Civil Aviation Authority (the CAA) to ask them what to do next. Maybe if we all complain to the CAA we might get through.
And definitely I will not be booking a flight with Fly Level again.
Fly Level are owned by IAG (the parent company of British Airways). They have just placed orders for a lot of new planes for this new airline. I would advise them not to bother. If they treat their passengers like this the planes will be flying empty.
Until this flight I thought Ryanair was the worst airline in the world. But compared to Fly Level, Ryanair are a 5 star first class experience.
Flight was 6 hours late - no explanation, and no compensation
Flight from Vienna to London was late by 6 hours. I arrived early at the airport, went through the security gates just to realise the flight was severely delayed of which I was not notified. After spending 6 hours at the crowded gate, I landed in London at midnight, so had to get an uber, paying £75 to get home. Have contacted Level for compensation with no luck.
SCAM
If it was possible I would rate LEVEL with a negative score and would never recommend flying with them. It's a scam. I booked a flight with them that was later on cancelled, was never informed about it and when asked for a refund/compensation, they replied that my flight had taken place and I had reached my destination with the most systematic standard email ever (they didn't even bother to fill the brackets of the system email they sent from Costumer Service)
WORST SERVICE EVER.
Although we came to airport very early…
Although we came to airport very early and checked in online, we went to drop the bags to the counter. After 2 hours of struggling to register us, the staff denied us in boarding for no reason, no compensation, rebooking or anything. When called to help desk a few days later they said we didn't show up for the flight.
Still fighting for compensation.
Worst airline in the world! DO NOT FLY WITH THEM
Worst airline in the world! NEVER take it! Flight got canceled in the middle of the night and we didn't get food, nor drinks nor hotel. The law obliges airline to do so but they didn't. I tried to contact them countless times, but every time they told me I had to email them so I did but they answeres 4 days later. I had to sleep on the floor and missed my connecting flight. I lost a lot of money and asked for compensation and they said they would give me NOTHING. Not even reimburse me the expenses from the 24h delay of my flight. SCANDALOUS company not obeying by the law and worst and most ridiculous customer service ever.
Be careful with Level
Be careful with level. if your payment does not go through (for whatever reason) they don't send and email or anything, they just cancel your flight. its also not clear that the payment did not go through.
Definitely do not depend on the air line if you fly frequently and you are just used to things working. they will also not fix up your existing booking code, but require you to book again. next time I will fly Lufthansa again. only booked again with them for 100 euros more then the initial booking because my girlfriend also booked this flight.
