A total headache
I utilized the service with fair credit was approved for 1500 I used 1180 made on time payments and even paid off my 6 month plan in 2 Months. There was a lot of hassle making payments it’s kinda like they didn’t want me to pay it back but finally I was able to complete the payoff after 2 weeks straight. Then it took a week for them to acknowledge I paid it off all the while I was trying to use the service again. Only for them
To tell me I have to reapply so I tried to reapply but couldn’t with my same email it’s been a lot of back and forth with them never got a real person. I would not recommend this service it’s a headache

They were definitely helpful because I couldn't use the hotel's website since it was malfunctioning. And all other websites that offered the same hotel we wanted had higher prices. Plus, being able to break up the payments helped relieve some financial stress. We haven't had our stay yet so I'm not sure how their customer service is IF something were to go wrong.

I booked a flight to Australia and every time I tried to do it, it would take my money and say there was an error, it would then refund me 10 minutes later. I emailed to see what the issue was and Sofian replied quickly and efficiently. Within a day my issue was resolved and I was able to book my flight! Thank you so much Sofian you was a great help. I received my credit agreement instantly but had an issue with the booking of the flight. I contacted customer services and sofian answered my query fast and efficiantly and she is dealing with it. I am happy with the customer service and they way my query is being handled

I booked a flight to Thailand through flymble on Sunday and got approved the application was quite and easy to get through how ever I received my 12 month plan instantly but no booking confirmation until Tuesday tried to talk to someone with the chat for 2 days automated robot need updating because it was useless then I emailed them directly and got instant reply i talk to Sofian

Took my money
No number to get hold of the company. Tried booking flights through travel up some issue at payment .. so no booking but fly now pay later took over £300 and entered a contract but I have no flights and down 300 don’t know how to get my money back.
