Too good to be true? Be careful!
This company seemed like a good deal to book flights but due to covid they were cancelled and we couldn’t find a suitable alternative. The travel company refunded my money back to Fly Now Pay Later on the 11 of January and I was assured that I’d get a refund from them within 24-48 hours. Countless emails and apparently “escalating” my issue and still nothing. I’m growing increasingly anxious that I’ll not see my money. Avoid!

I used this company a year ago and everything was plain sailing paid last payment early !! Went to use again and same as another review contact customer services ! I did and there is technical faults but no indication of what’s going on and how long the site is going to be down very dissatisfied with my second experience

To be honest I blame myself never using them again, they add late payment fees on your payment even when they haven’t attempted payments, customer service is just rude & the website and app is so glitchy they’ve taken over £70 in late payment fees when their system is glitchy and I contacted them via email several times and nothing changes. Struggling to make a booking
Opened an account been trying for a week or more to book tickets for my wife and I to attend my brother’s funeral and all I get is pls try later. We don’t have all that extra money to buy our tickets outright so this was perfect due to the urgency and time restraint. No idea if we will be able to book these seats in time using this service and communication is not great! The chat gives nothing and the number is a recording.

4 days ago I wrote a review about my current experience with FlyNowPayLater it took them less than an hour to respond on Trust Pilot about how sorry they were and how they would like to help resolve this issue. I contacted them the same day with my information and have had 0 reply. I’ve given them my information through trust pilot when prompted and still no reply but for the last 4 days since my review I’ve had nothing but emails stating that I missed payment on the 30th and and where this is true and take responsibility for that I paid the outstanding payment on the 02/12/22 and then an hour later was told I hadn’t paid anything and they added a £12 late fee even though it has been cleared out my account and by the bank.
This is far by the worst company I’ve stumbled upon and don’t understand how you literally don’t have an phone line or a reliable source of communication for your customers. I can’t even speak about the disgrace of customer service in this “company” because there isn’t any. Quick to take your hard working money and literally ghost you and ruin your credit history in the process!!! Absolutely disgraceful
