Flypenge held on for years to win the case

This case was not straight forward due to all sort of changes by LH on the day of delays, but I am very pleased that Flypenge held on and stood by me. It took about 2-3 years to finalize the case, which in the end Flypenge won for me.

Stay way

Stay way. They will only handle the easy cases, which you easily handle yourself without the fee to Flypenge. They will pretend to take the difficult cases where they are actually needed, and then return after a lot of follow up to conclude they can not handle the case = you have lost a lot of time.

In our case, its was simple, then the flight was delayed more then 20 hours, but since origin of the flight was Nice, then it took Flypenge 10 months to inform us, that they could not handle the cases out other countries hand than Denmark. Originally they accepted the case

Vi bliver nødt til at rette et par ting, for din kommentar er simpelthen faktuelt forkert.

Du skriver, at vi "lader som om", vi tager de svære sager. Det er forkert. Vi tager ALLE sager, hvis passageren er berettiget. Vi har samarbejder med advokater og partnere i flere europæiske lande, netop fordi ikke alle sager kan føres i Danmark. Når der ikke er værneting her, sender vi ikke bare sagen i glemmebogen, vi undersøger mulighederne og samarbejder med partnere, der kan tage over. Det har vi også gjort i dit tilfælde og det er mere end hvad andre firmaer gør. Disse samarbejder sikrer os, at vi kan hjælpe så mange som muligt.

Som dansk firma kan vi sagtens sende et krav til flyselskabet, også når sagen ikke kan anlægges her. Det gør vi, og det gjorde vi også i din sag. Men når flyselskabet nægter at svare (som i dit tilfælde), og sagen skal i retten, så skal den føres der, hvor værnetinget er. Det har vi også forsøgt ved at tage sagen til vores advokat.

Så nej, vi lader ikke som om. Vi gør faktisk arbejdet, også selvom vi ikke altid kan trylle et resultat frem.

Din anmeldelse kommer flere måneder efter, at din sag blev afsluttet. Men vi står selvfølgelig stadig klar til at forklare sagens forløb for dig, hvis du gerne vil have genopfrisket fakta.

Really recommend!

They are very trustworthy and really went all in for me to get the money, informing all of the steps they were taking and answering any eventual question without hesitation!
If you do have any delay in your trip, start the process with flypenge, nothing to loose, for sure!

Flypenge is a trust partner for airline dispute

Filing a complaint or claim with a major airline is always difficult. Obviously I didn't succeed before I came to Flypenge. It supposed to be the same this time, but to my surprise, after almost two years, I got the good news that I succed in the claim. It took a long time, but gave me more confidence in using legal means to get compensation.

Successfully received a compensation…

Successfully received a compensation for 2 flights. It took some months since my case needed to go through court but flypenge kept me informed, and eventually won my case. I would definitely trust them again if I experience any issues with flights.

They succeded in a difficult claim

They helped me getting a compensation for a cancelled flight with Lufthansa. It was a difficult case that lasted more than 1 year, but finally I got some money back. The claim process and the communication with the Flypenge staff was very easy.

We got our money finally

Great service and trustable

Trip Copenhagen-Barcelona via Zurich. October 2019. 2 persons
We had a big delay due to cancellation of flight.
According to EC Regulation 261/2004 from February 17th, 2005 (handed out by Swiss at the transfer counter) there are compensations for delays by more than 3 hours for 400€ / person for flights between 1.500 km and 3.500 km.
Swiss was not (never) going to give us any compensation. Flypenge made sure we got paid approximate 400€ on 11th of July 2023. It took a long time, but we got a compensation.

Very good service

I contacted flypenge, when my flight got cancelled because of a pilot strike and the flight company didn’t want to pay any compensation and I ended up having to pay for a another ticket last moment with another flight company to get back home. I have received my compensation now thanks to flypenge and I m very happy with the over all process and even though these kind of cases can take a long time I still think it is worth the wait.

Fantastic service
