Trustpilot non effettua alcuna verifica !
Questa azienda a cui si riferisce Trustpilot (Flyrentacar.eu) nulla ha a che fare con Fly Rent Car, il noleggio auto di Catania. Eppure questa recensione, insieme ad altre, è stata collegata erroneamente a questa azienda. E non è la prima volta. Trustpilot è un portale che si occupa di ESCLUSIVAMENTE di recensioni. Ma se commette questi errori grossolani minando l immagine digitale delle aziende, e non ha nemmeno un servizio clienti degno di tal nome (cerchiamo da settimane di metterci in contatto con loro attraverso diversi canali), perchè non chiude?

Attenzione !! Truffa !!!
Attenzione !!! È una truffa: noleggio tramite Car Jet che aveva assicurato che avrei trovato un incaricato Fly agli arrivi del terminal di Sofia. Ho anticipato circa 59 eu al momento della prenotazione. All’arrivo non c’era nessuno, ho dovuto noleggiare un’ altra auto con un operatore presente in aeroporto. Sono in attesa di notizie da Carjet per il rimborso

Buongiorno,
dal momento che Fly Rent a Car non si degna neppure di una qualsiasi risposta, ho sporto denuncia, oltre ad aver postato la recensione negativa su Google Maps in modo che il maggior pubblico possibile possa conoscere ciò che avete fatto.
