We moved with Flytbedst in 2019 and everything went perfectly well. The staff was efficient while with extra caution on the fragile things. I could see they are professional and well-trained for the job they are doing, which makes them different from the other moving companies. Also, Monica has been super sweet and supportive, helping me to make the good plan and accommodate our needs. Big thanks!
We are moving again in 2024 now so we are getting their help again. Hopefully we won't move again soon but if we do, Flytbedst is our go-to moving partner now.

After having some trouble with the real estate concerning delivery of keys for the new home, I had to change the moving date, and here, Monica was very professional and helpful to find the best solution for both of us despite the tight schedule that she had.
The movement was done on the offered time window and the team was great and fast.
I really recommend that you call the company and try to find a solution with them instead of complaining here.

The workers came on time and did the moving fast. Good price and all went smooth.recommend it

First of all the offering service was smooth and they came to apartment for the quote. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. I had a heavy musical instrument to move and that was included in the price and duly noted by the moving company. It was not a lot to move just a 1-one bedroom flat and can be done within 3 hours max. In short: Do not use this company if you expect a "fast" move as you will be really dissappointed.

Moving day - pick up location: 2 men, one of them was Danish. This guy started telling me that he had a back pain and that he will soon look for a new job....not a real selling argument. He was also checking his phone constantly, instead of moving the boxes faster so that the other guy can load it all. On top of the very slow progressing move, both took two to three longer smoking breaks. This Danish guy was also supposed to help disassembling a cupboard. It seemed to me it was the first time he was doing this....it was not very difficult and nothing to unscrew...

Moving day - delivery location: The two guys couldnt move the musical instrument up the stairs and another guy had to be called it. Why this was not planned before...I do not know.
Lets not forget about other long breaks at the delivery location which made the move something like 6.5 hours long.

I did the same move several times and other companies never used more than 3h in total. Everything was in boxes, so nothing to wrap. I have never had such a bad moving day and I will not use this company again.
