I come to show my greatest displeasure and discontent with the posture of your company, which had a shameful attitude from the beginning!!! I do not recommend 100% to anyone to purchase your services!
In July 2023 I purchased 2 paragliding baptism vouchers with photos and video included. I scheduled it twice, but due to the weather conditions they canceled the activities, always doing it at 7 p.m. the day before.
I'm from Porto and every time I scheduled with the company, I scheduled accommodation and went the day before to the South. It always required costs. In this way, it was no longer feasible for me to schedule a third time accommodation and move around without being sure if the activity would take place.
Since that time, I remember July 2023, that I have been asking for a refund of this amount. Most of the time I couldn't even get in touch with the company, which didn't answer calls or answer emails. When it was possible to do it, I was always told that they would give feedback in the meantime. But they never did it!!!
I think it's a total lack of respect to leave the customer without feedback for months and without any solution presentation, which could have been negotiated. However, more than 6 months have passed!!!
I reinforce that I do not advise in any way to subscribe to your services. A shame!!!
