hit or miss. 1st time great, 2nd time poor. App said 10-20 min.. then froze. Finally get someone on chat 30 min later who says there is a slight delay. Its now been 50 minutes and still nothing.

Orders always deliver with a driver and not a drone, making my kids cry because they have been wanting to see the drone the last few times, Food is always 1 to 2 hours late, and food is always cold. If it gets delivered by a driver, I would have ordered thur Uber eats or doordash, and it will get there faster. would not recommend ordering from this app. Tonight, they forgot my rice, and they didn't refund it they just gave me a 5% code.

Waited about an hour for food that was 1.5 miles away. It showed picked up from the restaurant after about 10 minutes. The rest was just waiting, with the app saying "5 minutes.... 2 minutes....5 minutes. ..2 minutes" for nearly an hour. Then getting very cold mushy food. Don't recommend until they get it together as far as timing.

Do not expect the drone to deliver your food. !!
The drone did not even fly or land !! The food was fell to the front porch , not exactly why we ordered!!

What a fun and great experience! I had my husband’s birthday dessert delivered via the Flytrex and it was an experience he won’t forget ! (He and neighbors won’t forget)
The Holly Springs location was very thorough, professional and offered top notch service. I chose this as a birthday occasion but we might just do this regularly instead of traditional delivery.

The delivery came so fast. The fries were still crisp, and no delivery fee!

These are the same people that sold thousands of Drone Trackers @ $189 each and then simply pulled the plug 2.5 years later without so much as a warning, this rendered the little Flytrex Live 3g trackers useless. after multiple protests on thier facebook page, they eventually reinstated a mirror site with all flght data recordings with a message stating that - Quote "Our engineers managed to bring back our Flytrex Boards servers and they are now available at x.flytrex.com
The service is back in full and will provide access your flight data, as well as exports and imports from the Flytrex Core systems, challenges and more. The Live system still won't fully connect to the new x servers, but our engineers are working hard to make it fully operational again. More updates coming soon!"
That was back in September it is now the 3rd of December..... We are still waiting for the Live 3g to be reinstated! this goes to show what Lying crooks they really are.
