I was arranging a flight for my spouse to be with a friend in Paris. Our VagaryBusiness agent Fenton Maxwell took care of every little detail. Planning was thorough and efficient. The flights were excellent and the price was as well. We would recommend Fenton to our friends and we will contact him for our next flights.

Raymond was able to get us a great deal on business class flights, and the trip went smoothly. However, they need to do a much better job of communicating with their customers.

Very quick and efficient in turning up excellent prices for several Business Class options on my requested itinerary. However, not responsive to my quest whether this was a Basic or Business Flex ticket, and, when the reservation was finalised, it turned out to be Basic, with hefty charges in case of any change.

Good morning Ian,

Trip went perfectly with your help, it was the smoothest trip to Europe in years. The only hiccup was totally my fault, I did not allow more than 90 minutes for my connecting flight in London. I should have known better as it was not my first rodeo as they say in the US.
Thank you for your excellent help; all my friends and family are sick and tired of hearing your name.
