Had a flight to Israel just before covid hit and no travel was allowed so trip was moved. We have been trying to get a response from them are they closed or what? Three weeks of trying to call and no response.

We booked flights through Fly with Class for travel from the US to Europe for the dates of June 14-29, 2020. Due to COVID 19 the borders closed and it was impossible to travel. We had payed for 6 tickets amounting to a total of $23,400.00. They refused to give us a refund. They did however assure us with documentation that we would have 2 years to use our credit with them for future air travel. I’ve been trying for over a week to book and use just a small portion of our credit. I even spoke to the owner Solley and he personally said he would resolve this and still nothing! I’m disgusted at the thought of loosing $23,400.00 after Fly with Class gave us a written promise they would honor our credit.

I received excellent and prompt service and will use Fly with Class again for my next trip. They responded to my requirements and sourced suitable flights quickly at a good price. Very pleased!
