I made a big mistake contacting Flywithcould. Thought it was United Airlines. I was charged $150.00 to cancel a flight reservation I had made 5 hours earlier. Later, I contacted United Airlines directly and they said there IS NO CANCELLATION FEE for a reservation canceled within 24 hours. I contacted Flywithcloud to try and get the $150.00 back and they are stalling. So angry that I walked into this scam.

I was assisted by Ana, she walked us through every step of the process in changing my flight and she was very patient and helpful. Everything went perfectly.

The cancelation process seemed muddied. Leena, seemed more interested in speaking rather than listening, several times being reminded by me, that two people can't speak at the same time. That being said, she was very civil.

Mary was extremely helpful and patient. She also made sure that my questions were fully answered. She is fantastic! Give her a raise!!
