The experience was good

The experience was good, the agent was very patient and knowledgeable. He assisted me to get through the process. Only the process was very tedious and waste a lot of my time. I hope they could modify the wise process for better and quicker service.

Trust your gut. Don’t use this company.

Please don’t use this company. Wasted multiple days of my time. Costed me my thanksgiving plans plus several hundred dollars. I was at the airport with my “boarding pass” and got rejected by TSA. Southwest confirmed the booking but the payment bounced back as fraud. Please find another method for your travel plans.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!!

BEWARE OF SCAM!!!
I booked a flight with flywithgeeks. I paid for the ticket and never received confirmation or boarding passes. this is the last message they sent just hours before boarding time.

"Thank you for reaching out. We understand that you are looking for your flight confirmation number. Please know that your ticket is currently in the process of being issued. You will receive your boarding pass directly, as these flights are booked under a special discounted code, which typically takes a bit longer to process. There is no need to visit the check-in counter; you can directly go to the boarding gate. The confirmation number you have is equivalent to your flight ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that you will have your boarding pass before your departure.

Sincerely,

Regards,
John Petro Ticket Issuance Department"

Well, I went to the check in counter anyhow and yes, I was booked on the flight. However they couldn't print boarding passes as the airline ever received payment!!!
Therefore, I was forced to purchase a second ticket!

Avoid booking with Flywithgeeks.com as…

Avoid booking with Flywithgeeks.com as they try to cheat you. Made a booking to Istanbul and paid $530.10 and a confirmation number. Got a call few hours after talking about how I was doing, the flight, departure/arrival times, etc and in between the sentences asking my verbal confirmation of charging $900 somethin for the flight I booked for $530. Despite I declined, they kept calling and tried to rip me off. They also charged my credit card, but my card carrier listed as fraudulent activity and they got nothing. An awful experience and waste of time

This company is what I would describe…as a scam!!!

This company is what I would describe as a “bait and switch”. Buy your ticket at half the price it’s published everywhere else for, then take cc info, etc as if a completed purchase. Instead of a confirmation you get a notice to watch for email or get a call within 24hrs to complete the purchase, at which time, they give you another option or the same price as all others!!
Don’t waste your time

Dear Crystal Rutz,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced and want to clarify the situation that led to this. We want to emphasize that our pricing is transparent, and we do not alter prices after a booking confirmation is initiated. Occasionally, when customers are directed to our platform via third-party advertising partners, the deals may expire before the booking process is completed, or we are unable to reach them to confirm the details. We strive to provide alternative options in such cases, but no forced purchase is ever made. All terms and conditions are clearly mentioned on our website and in booking emails. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Sincerely,

False ticket prices.

I placed a reservation for two plane tickets based on the price they listed on flywithgeeks.com, and I was told "E-ticket confirmation will be shared in next 24 hrs" and they gave me a Booking reference number. Tickets were not provided. They called the next day and said the tickets were not available at that price and tried to offer me more expensive tickets with some lame excuse about how things work. I would call that kind of "business" a scam.

Dear Hilde Bialach, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced and want to clarify the situation that led to this. The flight price you initially booked was part of a limited-time discount that was no longer available when the booking was processed. Our team made multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone to provide you with alternative options, but unfortunately did not receive a response until later. We understand this was frustrating, and we value our customers. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Sincerely,
