My husband is in the hospital and has…

My husband is in the hospital and has had multiple issues with the PD dialysis machine, unfortunately in the middle of the night. We are more focused on getting the machine/treatment to work and getting back to bed then calling and logging the issues in the middle of the night. He has had to skip treatments due to machine issues and do half treatments, and now is in the hospital. I am trying to line up a working machine by the time we get home, and because we did not troubleshoot at the moment of the issue, they can not line up a replacement. You mean to tell me that this billion dollar company that designed smart medical equipment does not have the ability to pull the error code and history / information from the patient name and clinic information? Spoke to a manager and she just reinstated the policy instead of thoroughly trying to look into the situation and machine to fix the issues. We are dealing with peoples lives not profits and policies.

Horrible upper managment

While working with this company, upper management come into the clinic that I was working at and demoted the clinical manager due to having to many people quit during their time as clinic manager. This is why upper management was what eventually lead to me leaving. I loved the managers that I worked under and the people I worked with, it was just the upper management. It is in my belief that they only care about the bottom line and not about their employees.
While working another job, someone informed me that they applied for a position at one clinic and during the interview was informed that they would have to work at a different location, further then they where willing to drive.
If you decide to work here, be prepared to be at work by 5am and done by maybe 3-3:30pm or longer if someone calls in and you work at a clinic that is open later. There where many days where I would work 16 hour days.
I would go back if the upper management was replaced and those people actually care about their employees.

When the clinic was in between managers, they thought that holding a meeting would benefit everyone involved. Except one of the people acting as manager decided not to talk to me about if I was going to attend or not. She instead said she asked someone else if I was going to attend. I really didn't see how this person could be a manager when she can't even directly ask her employee if they are going to attend a meeting but go through someone else. As I was in the process of transferring clinics, she felt that she didn't have to have me there, however someone that was transferring from a different clinic to this clinic was asked to be there. Shouldn't it have been the other way around since I was still working there? It felt like she was trying to get rid of me as fast as she could. Throughout the meeting, I remember how disgusted I felt about being there. They didn't even want me there and here they where asking for my thoughts on what was happening and what we can do to improve moral at the clinic. Such hypocrites.
