I had a wonderful experience today at Family Medical in Lebanon TN. Dr. Audrey and nurse Rachel were SO amazing! I had what I thought was a lipoma removed but Dr. Rachel found it was only a mucus sac on my finger. They allowed me to record it which was SO cool!! Lol I felt NO pain! They were super awesome!! Thanks guys for such a professional and pleasant experience. Their just so nice!
I wish I never trusted them. Stay far away. Do NOT risk job security on this company. Customer service line is a robot and pricing is not transparent. My boss couldn't verify my FMLA or paid leave. The medical provider is a shady doctor and this whole operation feels like a sham. Why is it so hard to get honest healthcare in this country? It's full of fraud and lies.
