Fnp service us very poor. I told them to cancel the order they replied wait 30-60 mins because the processing of cancellation takes time until 2 hours of waiting the update of the cancellation they sent an email that my order us out for delivery. Desperate to sell their product. I will never order again never. Simple instruction cannot understand.

They did not deliver

Thy scam me I order cake with roses
And it’s costly then thy send only cake without flowers
I try call them and chat them and emails them
No body answer reply should thy have acction from saoudi government

Very irresponsible and inconvenient business
I think some legal action should be taken against them for their scam in saudia.
They have ruined the surprise and delivered the wrong items.
They should be banned

The worse experience i ever had...! Not worth it they have better prices from other sites but not worth it at all. I just choose it as I want it to make a surprise and didn't have the address and they had option to do it with phone only ...and I really regret it. I order a package I choose delivery time and waited. As the time was passing and nothing..I contact them and they told me that they had an issue with the receiver for the location..but they never informed me..we fixed this and they send me a message that everything now ok so.the package is on the way...the time passed again after 4 hours I contact again ..and they said o sorry its unavailable the product.. ( note that product was still available online and its still is...)and then I lost it...really the messages , the replies was unprofessional, unacceptable. I was beginning for something I paid..and at the end we send something less worth it as they ruined already the surprise. They told me they will inform that time when delivered..NEVER thanks God my friends informed me that they received and thank God was looking good they out a present also for fixing the disappointment. 🤷‍♀️ Ridiculous. I never experienced such a situation..and I order from many online sites and saudi & dubai .really you must stop having this shop you don't know what customer service & satisfaction is. Really sorry for you.!!! It was the 1st and last time I order from you.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service regarding my recent cake delivery. I had specifically chosen a delivery window of 3-5 pm, but the delivery arrived at 10 pm, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery personnel couldn't get in touch with the receiver because they weren’t picking up the phone, so they returned the item to the shop without notifying me.

I provided my mobile number upon ordering, but the shop failed to reach out or make any effort to update the information on their system. I spoke with a lady multiple times, and it became clear that no notes were added to the system, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. This lack of attention and professionalism is simply inexcusable.

I expected the same high-quality service that I had experienced at their Qatar branch, but this was a huge letdown. The shop clearly isn't equipped to handle timely deliveries or customer concerns. I will not be using this service again, and I will not recommend it to my friends or family. This kind of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated, and it’s disheartening to see such poor service from a brand I once trusted.

Such a scam! Ordered a gift mango cheesecake, turned out to be much smaller than stated and the "cheese" was more of whipped cream mixed with cheese powder. Mango toppings wasn't real fruit either, sad really

Had great experience and the delivery has been done within 4hrs.
