Avoid!

I brought their super hard foam mattress topper 26th June and their website stated that it would take 3-5 days to deliver. It's now the 12th July and I have still not received it. Really upsetting as I'm usually pretty good at spotting suspicious websites but I was recommended by Google Gemini I guess lesson learnt is to also not trust AI when shopping. At first their live chat was responsive but after trying to chase them for an update after they claimed my mattress topper would arrive between Wednesday-Thursday (8th-9th July) they have become radio silent. Looking closely their website is also half finished so that should have been my biggest red flags.
