Fiona and Carrie at Focus assured are amazing. For over a year I have felt that I have been consistently overcharged by my electricity supplier. These two ladies have not given up my case and for the last year they have continued to chase up my complaint. Finally this month I have received a credit note for £25k. I could not be happier with the service these ladies provide. 5 stars every day.

I recently renewed our business…
I recently renewed our business electricity supply contract with the help of Jonny Davies at Focus Assured. We had a couple of other agents look at this for us at the same time.
