Process was smooth and efficient

The process was very easy and smooth. Considering I drove 2 hours from the other side of Elk City, it is awesome that we can do virtual visits after the face-to-face. Once you are established, you can call or text them whenever you need to. The multiple providers I saw were very professional and explained everything. They immediately returned my medical records from my visit to assist with me being able to file an insurance claim on my own for my visit. The office was beautiful and clean and very friendly staff!

The testing was easy and did not take much time. I was able to easily schedule my appointment with them via text. Communication with their staff has been prompt and personable. I was actually surprised at my diagnosis and look forward to getting on medication and seeing some more focus in my life!

My whole life I’ve been feeling like something was wrong with me and I couldn’t ever fix it. Knowing that I’m somewhere I’ll be taken care of and taken seriously is so important to me and both of the people I spoke to today made me feel so much better about my experience. Thank you

Overall, it was a great experience. I am excited to use the neurodivergent counseling services you are partnering with. I would like to automatically receive my diagnosis information so I can add that to my medical file. I think some handouts that have info about how ADHD people are typically magnesium deficient, taking selenium, l theanine, or that taking omega threes at night will greatly impact our sleep quality. A few more things and the level of care is top tier. I think even suggesting certain TikTokers, Instagram, or Facebook groups really helped me.
